Its hard to tell a tourist and a narc apart that's for sure. Narcs hang out at some of the beaches looking to bust people for herb. Even though the crystal meth epidemic is taking over the islands they still want to arrest us ganja smokaz.

your absolutely right they need to start arresting meth cooks and dealers not weed heads.
the cooks arent here... there may be the crazy homeless guy or two in a tent down in a gulch but their not making enough to supply anyone other than themselves.

ive got to say that so far, it seems to me the (maui) cops arent really going around trying to bust people for pot - its on the bottom of the totem pole. at elast regarding locals and where locals hang out. i dont think they'll put up with it being flaunted though... so you just put the joint out when they drive by and act casual
at night they roll around with the end caps of their siren lights' on so they can be seen from a ways away... kinda giving you a chance to clean up before they come by.
hey abja power is expensive here. gas and electricity is more here than any other state - $4.33 per gallon. and theres so much sunshine and sunshine is free outdoors sativa dom stuff seems to grow great here; the indica dom stuff kinda depends on which micro climate you are growing it in - it can be perfect or it can be way to humid or even wet... indoors is for the indica stuff im kinda getting that impression anyways. but im still learning

And damn right you need to root some before you flip her... Make sure you got a couple back ups... Hook up our homie with her too, im sure hes itching to get a cut. Just make sure shes backed up, cause honestly i would grow her over all other strains in my garden
also will be real interesting to see the skunkdawg indoors. The outdoor buds of it were amazing... Shit ive never seen either of those 2 strains done indoors, only out.. Exciting stuff

Smoking up and watching the waves in Maui, the sun on your back.My goodness that sounds nice right about now.I always seemed to end up "extra high" when I was in Hawaii.Bouncing around in giant surf all blazed up, nothing better in the world! It's nice to hear that Hawaii is so relaxed about pot, very refreshing.
On oahu they are launching an anti marijuana program at most of the schools and its just about teaching kids how bad pot is, only pot. I live in a neighborhood infested with ice, heroin and crack and they choose to tell kids how bad marijuana is. They also try to get the kids to rat out family , they did it when I was in elementary bringing in prisoners and guards with shotguns to intimidate us. This is bullshit.

Shit, that doesn't sound so relaxed, bummer.My nieghborhood is the same way except that pot is ignored almost completely because the junkies are always robbing and causing trouble after dark.I can't imagine being in high school and smoking meth, how harmfull compared to pot....It always seemed to me that pot was deeply ingrained into the Hawaiian spirit, people seriously love to smoke it over there, it's real important.

It seems they're on a big anti-smoking trip too? The commercials for smoking, like the one with the big buddah head looking all depressed with his kids.. I was cracking up. That was so 10 years ago on the mainland. But cigs, 1 pack + lighter cost me $11?!? I mean, yeah they were american spirits and all.. but $11?? Ridonkulous.
