Master Kush smoke report

Found these on a recent trip down to santa barbara, cali. Had em for $65 an eighth oz. heres a lil info on how it turned out:

Good smoke for lunch time or middle of the work day. Its not strong enough in the sativa side for my wakeup mix, and it has too much indica to it for me to take a shower after smoking it - id be in there for 45 mins staring at the walls or reading the shampoo bottle 1000 times. I could see this being a bit more indica for some people, I tend to have an energetic reaction when I smoke most herb, it takes a serious indica to lock me to the couch mid-day. I really enjoy how kushes have an indica and a sativa feel to them at the same time, this herb is a perfect example of that. It really does damage to your memory temporarily, I have a tough time remembering a pancake recipe I use daily for the last month when I smoke this, make em with ease without ever looking at the recipe on other herb.

Very strong flavor that gets you the second it hits your tounge and sticks with ya for a while. very kush like taste and quite a bit of spice in it like a haze would have.The smell of it is near identical but to it but when you burn it there is a very strong hash flavor that comes out and slaps ya in the face as you exhale and that really makes it different than the smell.

It was pretty dense nugs, but they broke up a little easier than herb that is this dense. I enjoyed how strong the smell was when you broke it up, could pick ya up from across the room. A small nugglet the size of a pea will break up to be a good size snapper for most folks. Heavy heads can hold down three to five of em no problem. Unable to determine how well it expands as some were perfectly smooth and others were very harsh - and my smoking instrument is in the most ideal condition one could imagine, also vaped it.

There are stronger kushes out there, but if it has a relativly short flowering time I would defiantly call this one a keeper.

comment: Looks good, nice tight nugs about the size of walnuts, not a lot of leaf, trichs and hairs intact so prolly not skuffed.


2. Visible Trichomes: 8
Rate the visible trichome content from 1-10 none-totally covered.
comment: smaller trich heads on this one, like some hazes and thais that I have grown out. Very well covered in trichs, inside and out. The few pieces of leaf I saw in the jar were well frosted too. Has a lot of white non-glandular trichs on it like many white strains do.

3. Use an X to indicate the colors that are present in the trichome
heads under magnification or list the percentages of each color for

comment: Pretty dense as most kushes I come across are, a little bit fluffier than normal which makes it get a little higher rating as I like herb that is a breeze to break down.

comment: pretty typical kush smell, smells like a toned down OG until you break it up then it infiltrates your nostrils with its spicy funkiness, has a strong spice to it that perks up ya senses, very enjoyable smell in my opinion, I crack a smile when i get a whif.

Comment: strong kush flavor, sticks to your mouth very easily for a good 5 minutes after smoking, everyone who sampled it really enjoyed the flavor A LOT, you could be completely ignorant to cannabis flavors and nail this one - its that strong. only thing i can think of that was stronger in recent memory would have to be blue dream from patients place in frisco and the lamsbread(not lambsbreath) that i grew and the cut came from state street disp in santa barbara.

Coment: Wow! flushed chornic from a dispensary(at a price of course) - now i seen it all! Burns very well, semi-white ash and smooth long lasting flavor - heck this may have been grown with organic hydro nutes. Might not be the most potent herb they had there, but imo it was some of the best grown herb they had there.

comment: This one sort of baffles me, I can break up a nug into four bowls, two of em will be smooth as air...the other two feel like a mining operation in my lungs, most others who sampled this felt it had an explosive feeling.

comment: There are stronger kushes out there imo, but this has a good solid high to that you can count on to work without much tolerance buildup.

Dp. M. Kush is imo., among the best out there.
And its easy to find a keeper - works excellent with Nirv. Snowwhite if
you want to breed.

Nice report and photos.

i would have expected the high to be all body (indica)? Kush is indica, isnt it?

Either way, I've a couple of friends who have this ordered from a MOM so hopefully I'll be trying this shortly.

Grandad - you may find that a lot of these types of indicas (meaning from that part of the world) dont follow the typical couchlock style we have come to expect. There are quite a few euphoric uplifting indicas out there, a lot of people find at least one of the popular OG hybrids floating around to be strong medicinal indica and often find another the exact opposite and much more sativa.

Also the potency of some of these elites is stronger than most others, so the inital hit may be overpowering and "blow your top" and then settle down to a sleepy time indica. Smokin a few of em in quick sucession gives ya a heady up high and lets you crash land right into bed.
