No idea......really don't participate in such..(aside from green on 1-2 sites, etc....)
I'd say everything mentioned is a basis and can be taken further with real estate broker, mortgage broker, and attorney....
Note for people: Real Estate Attorney..........not any other kind....(nothing fucks up a deal like an attorney whose not a real estate attorney trying to do one....)

its funny to me, i feel that if i ever met you on the street, you wouldn't have told me half the things you said on this thread. i look at forums as a way for people to spread knowledge without having a personal relationship with the other party. i read the thread, took in what you said and thoroughly believe that you are at a place where i will be in 2 years. all i needed was the reassurance that someone out there thinks the way i think and has been successful.

No offense intended of course...just sayin...(first large op was over 20 yrs ago...trading professionally for almost 6, maybe 7 now..properties and financing for about 15 now....fucking around with business's (other than my own) for about....maybe 10 or so....) All long term objectives....I'd say most need at last 5-10 to get somewhere serious....

I was just wondering what the dea would say if you had a barge and float it out into international waters and anchor it,than started growing in the barge.i think you could grow 10,000 to 20,000 plants in it.No elec bills,just have to put a 8,000 gal water tank on borad and buy your nutrs by the 55 gal barrals.Just a dream,sweet dreams.PEACE

I think www.hotboxhydro.com is what you are thinking of Julian. It would be cool to load up a barge with those and just cruise around the seas growing loads of MJ. Only stop at port to unload the goodies and restock supplies. Sounds like fun!

there would be two diffident places out in the ocean that would be good to do this.One out around the equator,the grow season is faster and shorter.The other one would be closes to the bermuda triangle.You would be out to sea for six to eight months.The sun light in those area is very intense so the grows would be great.Just a brain fart. get some kind of solar powered generator of sorts to run a desalinization unit and you could have all the water you need, get some heavy duty RO filters, have high quality water.
get incredibly large amounts of nutes, load em up by the pallet-full
you could run an outdoor hydro setup, and with the water around, would be like having mylar on all sides, the reflection would increase the light by a pretty drastic amount I'd assume... plus the wind would make some strongggg plants
only thing I'd worry about is rough seas, that and pirates or some kind of interpol/leo outing.

You got the bug.I was inside a barge once,the side are 30 or 40 feet tall so you would not see anything from the outside in a boat.It would float high in the water not having alot of weight in it,so pirates would not bother with it.Any way a couple of air 70 cannons on board would stop them.Then just move a 100 miles and and bussness go's on.A moving target is hard to find.PEACE

the issue at hand was a wiley partner who was causing more harm then good. As of right now, since the grow has gotten under way and there are visible results, he has calmed down tremendously.
as far as his attitude towards me (one of the biggest issues before) thats gotten much much better.
The one thing that I find almost comical now, is his level of paranoia, I literally got a call the other night of him saying a police helicopter went over (this is at night mind you), and he's almost in hysteria.
I politely tell him to "calm the **** down you retard... how do you know it was a police helicopter"
"it had red and green lights on it"
"oh you mean like directional ones that would indicate to other aircraft which way this 'police helicopter' is facing?"
this guy thinks every car is a cop car etc etc...
he doesnt grasp the concept of needing a warrant to FLIR, much less having the temps that we do (reasonable ones fyi)
I'm seeing how he does this round, and that'll determine the options for the future

damn, i read your posts. i thought you already decided to part ways. i would still let him go after this because of the way he was acting. i guess you can't let a few plants get in the way of a life long relationship. paranoia is good to a certain existent, then it gets annoying. i'm always paranoid (just in life), but i keep my emotions in check and don't let them cloud my judgment.
