I brought in the ones in pots, but the ones that were in the ground for 2 weeks are on their own. It builds character as Calvin's dad used to say.Going down in the 40s tonight. Maybe good to bring em in.
And we are outside in the ground hoping for a good season. I have only filled 10 of 12 holes, got a few scoutbreath inside still gettimg ready for the great outdoors. All plants are @ 2 feet tall.

Whats the story with the Irene seeds? Irene is clone only so just curious.
You guys would have had a good time in the lawn chairs watching this one. The 'tuning' of the hoops got complicated and my 80 year old father in law looked at me like I was nuts bringing the tractor and a ratchet strap into the game. Still a couple more adjustments and framing the ends.

It's a project, but it will be worth while having no more caterpillars and harvesting early. Down the road, maybe two grows per summer.
Driving the base posts in with rocks in the ground was tough. The hoops were made by bending chain link fence rail. If you buy a kit to build it the trucking costs are steep.
Seriously, what the heck is up with this wind.
