Looking awesome as usual guys. Deepchunk always has the biggest leaves. I remember my first grow, it was outdoors, and I took a leaf and framed it. Thought that was just the coolest thing,lol. Ahh, those were the days.

BTW, Gratephul's link to his Coco Grow is working, I just checked it, so everyone get your asses over there and check it out. His plants look dank. He's got me leaning towards coco.

Looking great out there in the northeast everybody.Have not had time to post for awhile been working on the boat and screwing with gear and working with that damn caterpillar great eqipment but when you need them for something damn they suck! Anyway nice fast roots there gratefull, Vermont lookinin' good as always and it does suck switching down from 1k watts to 400's, I blew 2 1000 watt ballasts last year and had a bunch of 250's while WW repaired them at no cost except my shipping to them.2 ballasts fixed for my $75 shipping to them in Indiana and they shipped back to me free of charge and they replaced a 1000w hortilux 11 months after I bought and it blew up.HL nice bud skull, smoke from the crypt!I have to buy a camera before I can post any more pics, I dropped my friends Nikon and broke the flash last month.I want a cheap cam that takes macros 'cause I'll be having a load of double d and white russian in about 30 days or so.Sorry for the long post but I'm all buzzed up and NOT working on my boat, sometimes I hate that thing.Keep it green and stay out of harms way!!!Chaco. Red_Nine, I think I'm going to try doing a wax paper pressing w/ a Neeple leaf! I grew out a pack of Deep Warp (DeepChunk X Timewarp ) and the leaves weren't anywhere near as big as these!

Hey guys, everything is looking great. I've been extremely busy building a new grow room at my place for way better secuirty and safety. Tried my hand w/ the wax pressing.
Here's the Neeple, 2 wks in.


Here's my freshly-picked candidate:



The petioles make them look all the bigger! When I removed it, the leaf stem was pretty sappy. I took a Blue Diesel leaf too, but that one will be dry-pressed 1st before the sealing.
When I ironed this Neeple leaf, it kind of leaked thru where the wound is.

Anyway, here's how you do it. I put a thin dish towel down as my base, then the wax paper. I used a big piece and creased it over. I then put a paper towel over the wax paper. Then, with an iron set to a medium dry setting, commence to iron the paper towel. You should be able to see the leaf outline thru the paper towel. You are merely sealing the wax paper together, should only take 5m of ironing @ the most.
Using the wax paper highlights the leaf veins and will keep it from fading as quick as a straight dry-pressing will do. Definately takes some practice to get the leaf fingers straight. As you can see, a couple of mine overlapped.

That's pretty cool Highlighter. So you're saying the leaf has wax paper on top and bottom of it? So the leaf get sealed in the wax? I'll have to try this sometime.

I wasn't able to finish up my room today, having to do everything myself makes things go a little longer than i want but it's worth not having anyone know what i am doing. It should be done tomorrow as long as nothing pops up, i'll have a few hours after work to finish. I did take pics today so i can show you what i got going on.

Today i put into flowering 4 S99's, 4 Strawberry Coughs, 3 MTG X SD, 2 med purp, and 1 GDP. I also have 6 Hash Plant X Big Bud im gonna veg out for 1 more week then toss in as well. All my shit is kind of disorganized right now when i have everything set up i'll show better pics.

Yes sir, it is sealed in wax paper! You can then trim it to size, punch holes in it to keep in a binder, whatever. Next time I will make an ID slip and seal it within, so I know what's what. :wink:

The wax paper idea is pretty cool Highlighter i always just put my leaves in a book so i'll have to try it.
