Baph, if im not mistaken the giesel and FFA were passed around a bunch a couple years back like Vado has mentioned, the smoke it excellent on her thats for sure. I found with her tho that she was easily stressed out, every run she threw nanners for me not to the point where you can't run her but make sure to keep on eye on her, even the tiniest of light leaks will make that bitch throw a ton of seeds at the end, good luck on grabbing her. I actually made a bunch of beans from seeds I found in the giesel and pop some from time and time and I gotta say I've found some lovely stuff. Only problem is the easily stressed out trait carried over so seeds will end up in the final product...

G-man the silicone treatment is doing wonders for my garden. The improvement has been soo obvious I can't thank ya' enough for being the one to push me to throw it in.I think of a basement of Casey Jones everytime I drop in a tablespoon.:)

Well this was the last day of rain, for now at least. The green cure has worked a trick man pure magic. I only had to cut out about 2 grams of rotted bud out of all my plants. The only thing is that it turned a few pistils on some of my plants brown. No biggie.

So I got nothing but sunshine for the next week in the forecast. Wow what a season it's been and will be able to finish strong.

I took a few small sample buds off 2 of my gals.

Sage-

She's pretty damn foul smelling, like dirty socks.

Sour Diesel x LarryDog (Lemon Larry x Killer Chem) -

Smells like straight up sour diesel. This bitch got mounted by one of the males from the patch. Most likely a chunky cheese.

I'm gonna stop by again Thursday and take some pics. A lot of them are getting really close to finishing.

Nice work Scrappy!! If you pulled a clean plant this year, you're a hero!!:tiphat:All the outdoor plants I gave away rotted to pieces from what I'm told.I pulled a little bud from my first chem D just to take a look. The bottom 2/3 of the plant look like this, the tops are all light burned. All the leaves that came on after flowering seem to have been pretty clean.Damn wierd thing, I'll cut her at 70 days, this was 55 today...Enjoy this weather, it's unreal. Finally shut off a dehumidifier...

So glad its working for you. It was one of those things i feel so strongly about running in a hydro regime, because i saw it with my own eyes, not just read it.

Plants have evolved for millions of years in soil. Silica is in abundance in soil. Hydro is missing alot of silica, theres some, but not much.

Heres a quick quote i grabbed from a soil fertilizer and silica research from japan. When growing in rice paddies mainly, which is basically outdoor hydro, kinda. .. For what its worth heres a caption

"""" Silicon (Si) plays a significant role in the resistance of plants to multiple stresses including biotic and abiotic stresses. Silicon is also the only element that does not damage plants when accumulated in excess. However, the contribution of Si to plant growth has been largely ignored due to its universal existence in the earth's crust. From numerous intensive studies on Si, initiated in Japan about 80 years ago, Japanese scientists realized that Si was important for the healthy growth of rice and for stability of rice production.

In a worldwide first, silicon was recognized as a valuable fertilizer in Japan. The beneficial effects of Si on rice growth in particular, are largely attributable to the characteristics of a silica gel that is accumulated on the epidermal tissues in rice. These effects are expressed most clearly under high-density cultivation systems with heavy applications of nitrogen. Si is therefore recognized now as an ''agronomically essential element'' in Japan.

Recently, Si has become globally important because it generates resistance in many plants to diseases and pests, and may contribute to reduced rates of application of pesticides and fungicides. Silicon is also now considered as an environment-friendly element. The achievements of Si research in Japan are introduced in this book, in relation to soils, fertilizers and plant nutrition. """

After just rereading that, i thought of something on a post you had before of a deficient clone in a solo cup, think someone was saying it could be silica problems?? if i remember correctly. reading the first part of the caption states that silica does not effect the plant when in over abundance.

Went to the spot today. These bitches are looking Rhyyyyppe!!

No rot, and clear skies for the next 5 days. I'm probably gonna cut 4 or 5 of them Tuesday night before the rain starts again.

Here's some of the better pics I took today.

Fem Diesel. The stink in coming on strong on this gal...

This is Kushage. I had to cut the top off a week or so ago cause of rot, but these lower budz are looking absolutely stellar! I wish I had a clone of this one...

Here's Sage. She's one foul skunky bitch. Gonna be some fine herbage.

This is my favorite of them all. Flo.
She is just so pretty. I can't stop looking at her, and think about her often during the day. She has this light floral berry scent. It's not really strong per se, but it is so unique and refreshing. I don't know why, but her scent just stands out over all the others, even though some others smell way more...

There's more ladies at the party, but they're either not as hot looking, or not ready enough to show off.

The Kushage! Scrappy, that's an all time favorite.I ran those seeds and had a great cut that was eventually lost but the whole line up was real nice....Here's some Apollo11XF-13 just cut, day 62.I'm picking buds off as they ripen. There's been a load of bottom growth since I started flushing, straight dankness it's hardly a wonder why HL doesn't take our clones....
