I had gotten my hands on some S99 beans breed by this dude American Grower, and I found the funkiest girl I'd ever smoked. Unfortunatly I gave her to a friend to keep for me a while back and they neglected it and died. I swear on my whole garden the cut I found was taste, smell, appearance, and potency twice as good as anything I have now, no lie. I got killed by my friends for losing her and to be honest I didn't blame them, its the only cut I ever regret losing. Just wondering if they might be from the same seed stock. Looking super frosty bro!

We found 3 pheno's and 2 possible keepers. I prefer the pheno that is og dominant. the chem dominant one had a rude funk like the chemD and is pretty decent also. the 3rd is blend of the 2 but not unique enough to keep imo.

Still got no shots of any porn like all you in here but I am getting closer. I was setting up and I decided I was going to try something different this run with my set up. I decided i was gonna go vert for the first time then it only made sense i do some seating as well. I am excited to see the difference between this run and the air-cooled hoods that I am used too.

Neat Otto, you should see the burn on my forehead!!! You'll have a love/hate relationship with the verts.It makes going into the room very annoying but they really bang out some buds.I finally was slowly standing up and said what's that on my head??Ouch!!....I'm sure though you've already seen how they throw the light around.The garden looks great for the verts, just watchout those bulbs are hot!!! I have a LaNina, an Ultimate Skunk and one of MP's CC's around a 600 vert and the buds are just loading up.I still can't believe I never tried it until this year.

I've spent many more hours trimming than sleeping these last few days but I'm satisfied to say it's all hanging pretty. I took the week off of work to break down the room and get everything reset. So I've got some busy days ahead still, retubing, washing hydroton (fuck-all!), disinfecting/bombing then replanting.

I had my sis come by with her fancy shmancy camera to take some pics. Hopefully I'll have a few jpeg gems to share in the next few days.

I bet thats gonna break records! If you haven't already, check out SELFHEMPLOYED's thread over in the vert forum, he started with 3k went down to 2k, 16 plant (two levels each side 4 plants each) and finished 5.7lbs!!!! And the stuff was beautiful!!!!!!!!
I have to admit, I'm a wimp on the whole vert thing, I set it up and after one day said, "Fuck this"......Just too bright for me! I couldn't stand it! My hearing is already shot so I need to keep my eyes!!!!!!
Can't wait to see how this run works out for ya!!!!!

thx for sharing your setup otto. i like the idea of vert but i think i would go blind in no time with all the hours i spend in the garden.

made some bubble last night from some hazes and some chemd x sourd, chemd, larry, tk trim. it came out real nice
