Ah yayayie! You all are smoking GooooooD...Killer Alpha Heavy, great camera shots...Lune, that RomSSH is really no joke huh? she looks awesome....The Sour and Casey are bomb as usual...my last batch of Diesel didn't really have the perfect Sour taste to it...The room was a little too hot and half the plant was seeded, I don't know, but it isn't smoking that Sour after a month or so cure...???????? weird.

So tell me what you guys think of this. From my first run I was able to save two clones of joey weed white russian for moms. One of them has grown in a peculiar way. It started showing preflowers very early and I am not even sure you can call it preflowers anymore. These two moms have been under 24 hours of light for several months now, at least since march.

Here is a pic of a lower branch. It's semi new growth grown out since I took clones over a month ago:

And here is one of the clones I took. The flowering wasn't nearly as pronounced when I took the cutting. The small growth at the bottom is entirely new since being cloned. Also under 24 hours of light.

Oh yeah MP the rom is great stuff. It doesn't get me totally ripped but it has a great pick-me-up high to it and smokes like haze with a real intoxicating fruit-haze smell... I hear ya about the heat, my flower has been creeping up to the high 80s and the sour d's are starting to foxtail a bit... I do feel like the floranova I'm using this round is making a difference this round though... It is a good deal saltier than the pure blend pro I've always used (I learned the hard way after burning em) but I have noticed that my buds are much denser overall... especially considering all this heat.

I've also learned that:
a) 1 gallon bags of coco are too small for the size plants I want to grow with handwatering. Have to give them food too often, and they dry out too quick. They are just too small imo...
b) sunleaves 1 gal growbags are really more like 3/4 gal grow bags

guess they're auto-flowering. Some plants, when they become sexually mature, they will do this. The clones, being the same age as the mother plant, just want to do their thing. I had an F13 pheno that did the same, so I dumped her.

I like to give my vegging plants some darkness, I really believe 24/7 light is not a good thing.

I originally took cutting from plants I started from seed about a month and a half into veg. I took them just before I flipped to 12/12. They originally started out under 18/6. I agree that that 18/6 is better than 24. The plants I had taken cutting from had started showing preflowers, some more than others. After a few weeks some of the clones seemed to keep developing preflowers and that is when I switched to 24. My veg area has been under 24 ever since.

I'm about to throw a handful of clones from this mother into 12/12, I'll guess we'll see how it turns out.

On another note I popped 5 of my A11 beans and those are starting off strong. Can't wait to figure out what's female. Although I've thought about keeping a male and maybe crossing it with one of the white russian mums.

Here's a shot of a cross I made last summer, a selected Blue Sonja BX2 male on my Orange Diesel. Smells like lemons/citrus/slight earth. This is the first plant I've grown out of the cross, got more in veg.
Day 77, i'll probably take her to 80.

Also popped some seeds of the same sonja male on my hazy SSH, as well as a few others I will post soon.. Lookin' forward to some COOL weather later this week.

Hesh that plant sure does look frosty.... how did you like the blue sonja? BS x ssh sounds killer! I got this casey as a cut, a bunch of people have it. Def leans to the diesel side of things but the smells is a little more complex... creamy musty diesel is the best way I heard it put...

Now that a bunch of plants are gone from my gardens it's much easier to take care of.The biggest La Nina is still growing srong, the lower branches are touching a little Orient Express in the pic below, and then there's my Lemon Larry whatever mystery seedling, Zoo says it's not his but some guy named ELITE, regardless it reeks like a chem, all the older flowers have been covered by new growth.then there's an amatuer porn pic of 2 La Nina cola's crossing up.The haze smell from this 130 day cut are very strong, pure haze ans sharp as hell.Today is day 88 for that one.When my Grapevines and Orient Express are done I'll wait until Oct and have the big La Nina done and then I have to pick a cut for the winter(or several). 60 seedlings yielded 3 keepers, the Elite Lemon Larry, GP's Key X sourbubble and 1 Motarebel Sativa Queen.Tough competition out there....I'm going to bomb the rooms out and spray down all my cuts and hope my outdoor ECSD's bring home somesweet stuff from outdoors.I'll also keep my staples of ChemDD, ECSD, SSH and KF.So 7 moms, I better get out of town soon and pickup some hydroton, I'm going to need it....

I had a guy from the gas company come over yesterday because the gauge on top of my propane tank was faulty and the company called last week and said they were coming to change the gauge and that they would need access to all my gas appliances in the house etc...I have a propane wall heater in the outbuilding I grow in and the flower rooms are in behind a fake wall halfway into the building but my moms are in a big cab in front and I was running around sweating balls all week waiting and preparing for this visit.the guy shows up and he's about 200lbs over wieght and sweating all over and he changed the gauge and I told him all the pilots were electric and he didn't need to do anything, so he didn't have to walk up the hill to house and he said , "great, then I can just leave.." I was so happy it's like I started a new life today..

^^6Yeah, crazy, stupid stuff happens all the time, over the last 3 years I've had the cops show up maybe 10 times, all for my old Mass nieghbors, robbing, calling 911 on eachother, horses running free into the highway.I finally got used to it and when I see a cop pull up I know it's something stupid and not what we all fear...If I couldn't do my own plumbing and wiring I'd be screwed, if I was a good carpenter I'd be rich.... this winter I'm going to stick with big single plants in giant hydro buckets, all summer I did everything organic, no chemiacl nutes or anything, so this winter I'm going all hydro with one big giant horse trough reservoir.Can't wait to see the ECSD and the GP sourbubble in a nice big hydro bucket...Enjoy life, the propane man is gone!!!!

Damn lilly those hazes have me drooling ... I've been searching seedbay for something with a good haze in it for some time now, not much out there atm that is really interesting it seems. I noticed rez's chem x ssh cross up the other day but 200 bones for 10 beans of a cross is not gonna happen any time soon... Hows the sour bubble smoke? Hydro should be cool, what nutes do you use?

Still trimming away, I try to knock off a couple plants a day, much better than going for a trim-a-thon...

Here's a chem d, almost done. It's day 64 or so, so she should be done... I want her more yellow though and a few extra days can't hurt...

Lilly, crazy scare with the gas dude. Im actually having a similar situation, turned off my gas for no reason, pilot light in my oven went off. Calling them tommorrow to hopefully hear they don't need to come inside. Those hazes are looking real nice, a friend of mine just gave me three "haze" seeds he scored down in florida, he swears they're "haze" and kinda has a crazy story how he scored them. I won't believe until i see them grow so i just popped them today and if they turn off to really be "haze" i'll tell the story behind it.

Lune, I love the trim-a-thon; i wake up bright and early 6-7am pre roll 3-4 joints and im good to go for 6-7 hours, anything past that and i give up. I found out quickly when i trimmed up a couple a day that i would reek for a week or so. That chem D is looking sick by the way, def let her yellow up a bit it'll be worth the wait.

HL, i agree with u many nice summer indoor grows, not a easy thing and everyone here makes it look too easy, can't wait to see what people got in the winter.

I use eiter Super Tea and Budswell with some Foxfarm Marine Cuisine etc for my organic mixes then with hydro I use Rockwool Formula 1 A&B mix almost exclusively, sometimes the Dynagrow N or P blend all with cal-mag plus @ about 900ppm generally, I may go as high as 1600 with my Chem DD around 50 days in until flush.Winter is the time, I love winter abig Burton coat full of weed a crack lighter for the wind and I'm gone for the day...

Flowin ... burnin and blowin smoke = beautiful

And yeah ... I dont care if its REZ or not 200 is too damb much. I bought some REZ Sour Diesel IBL a couple years back for 150 a pack and those fuckers were NOT fully mature. Lots of light colored seeds and not too fat, ect ...

Although on the other side of the coin I will say that i'm growing out some REZ williams wonder IX-1 and 10-10 popped so maybe I just caught a bad one on the SD.IBL

I picked up the Killer Chem free of charge and bought the Super silver chem, I reckon I'll find time to pop them this winter.I just need a wee bit more space....It's always soo much weed, soo little time.I like to stay on top of the game, no time for mediocre, that shit ends up composted.The greatest thing about the ECSD cut is that it stinks up the whole property if the wind is right, when it's outdoors, start it to flowering and that creamy deep stench creeps into your sleep.I was sleeping outside the other night by my kids yurt and I had some allergies and I was hacking up some chunks and I kept dreaming I was hacking up ECSD buds.The plants were about 50 feet away, they're Dad's "adult herbs", the kids could give a shit, so long as the old man gives 'em ammo and leaves them alone.They wanted to blast an elk the other morning and I'm sayin' "uh boys I don't think that's a good idea..." The things come grazing around the lower end of my property like rabbits and of course they're rather large. My other land up by Colorado has a whole herd and people are already bugging me for permits.I'd rather grow there but my old man had been giving out permits there for 25 yrs and I see cow and horse tracks everytime I go up there.These Spaniards have been here 300 yrs, it's kinda hard to go against them, I just sign the the cow permits @ 250$ a piece, I get 150 permits, 25 bulls the rest cows.Better off having good relations with the Spanish folk, could save your ass, my ass I mean...

Its crazy sometimes sitting in my living room sweating balls...........knowing that my grow room is a perfect 75. I should just set up a tv and xbox in there.

Bring on the winter!......no AC needed and more light because of it!
