Aloha Maria 🤙🏼

You can start a new side hussle:
Premium bat poop, hand scraped with love.
For the connoisseur there's the Hand scraped bat poop with all natural jungle compost.
The mix is guaranteed to bring big yields!
😁
Hehe, that's pretty much what I was thinking, too!
Will ship for BitCoin or trade for heirloom sativa-dom seeds.

I'm lucky I can still be flowering into January, and not in the ice and snow.
After the freakishly wet and windy fall period / typhoon season,
we've now gone into a cold but very dry (for here -- less than 50% RH today!) winter.
I'm not watering them, seeing if the dry conditions in the air and medium, will push the flowering along.
As for that bat poop, I've walked through that zone so many times, if it was going to hit me, it would have already.
(Last fatal words?!)

Little update on the last two SSSTN x ThaiFrican ladies

'Thicc' pheno

She's finished, really. I knew I could probably chop today.
But the weather has been very dry for around here, about 50%-70% max.
And there's been some sunshine, despite the low temps, 12C-18C.
So let's just keep her going a little longer.
Let those last few white pistils at the tips drop off.
Her calyxes are really bulking up now, with good trichome coverage.
Please ignore the bug bites, not the most photogenic like that.
Will find a good time some time mid to late next week.

'Thai' pheno

My goodness, isn't she just one great big juicy bud?!
Never mind the bug bites, she's still putting on weight.
Because she's got some size, though not dense, she has a few little dried leaves inside.
I reached in an removed most of those.
But I don't think she's dense enough, nor the humidity high enough, for that to be a problem.
A few more weeks to go for her, even a month.

These last few days have been warmer, topping up to 20C - 22C.
A fair bit of sunshine, too, which is nice for them both now.
Some rain forecast for this weekend.
It's already getting a little cloudy / foggy on-site last night and late today.

I'll try to cut the 'Thicc' pheno tomorrow before then, if I can.
She will definitely be ready.
Could have cut her already, but it's always good to let them go a little longer.
Especially for a long haze/sativa like this.

As for the 'Thai' pheno.
I checked her yesterday.
Oh. My. Gawd.
She's just a mass of bud now, building and stacking like crazy.
She was a little leafy before, but the calyx growth is increasing.
If you ignore the little stem at the bottom, she's 45 cm = 18" of bud.
Can't wrap both hands around her, have to squeeze in the side florets too much.
One of those literal 2L Coke bottle sized colas.
Still has a few weeks left in her, too.

Watching the weather forecasts and the skies with eagle-eyes.

Loving the thicc one!
She turned out pretty chunky in the end.
Calyxes have a bit of space, a bit foxtaily, too.
Quite sati-dom hybrid appearance.

But the Thai pheno will be a real huge flower.

Hope the weather continues sunny and dry.
Had a big downpour the day before harvest.
But the next day was dry, and will continue for a few days.
Pulled out a few leaves that were dead to avoid issues.

Sorry for my crappy pictures this update.
