Looking really good SM! Green w envy...how I would love to have a handful of girls in the backyard.
Check out the horizontal grow technique in my SIG....I think the plants in the beds would be perfect candidates....check it out if ya want.

Thanks for the compliments everyone, good to know I'm not the only one who gets to appreciate my hard work.
Got some updates and pics to share. The weather has cooled down this week which is nice, but that has also come with some cloudy days that the girls haven't seemed too fond of. Seems like these Blue Dream prefer 95f and sunny to 65f and cloudy. Just as well as the forecast says more heat is coming next week.
Also noticed some bugs on one of my smaller girls in the mounds, some of the ends of the preflowers looked like they had gotten chewed on/eaten up. They looked like tiny green and black grasshoppers, bout the size of the end of my pinky finger, I haven't been able to identify them but managed to crush all the ones I found by hand. Gonna be spraying all the girls later today or tomorrow with my cayenne/garlic/tobacco foliar mix, hopefully should keep the pests away for awhile.
My tiny mother in the tan pot is gonna be going inside here pretty soon under a T5 to veg out and hopefully take a nice batch of clones off of. Trying to get another grow location going before summer gets started and am gonna need at least a dozen or two clones.

You should have listened. Every one of your plants is in flower and will re-veg creating crazy veg growth all over the place and late flower will be nothing but small nugs and disappointment. You would be better getting fresh clones and put them in your box come June1st. If you were smart, you will listen this time.

BTW, your answer to thejointedone was correct, but nowhere in Cali can you put clones out before June, period. Unless you have supplemental lighting. Speaking of which, do you have lights on at night strung around your yard? Unless that's timed and coinciding with the natural light schedule of June 1st, then you will have hermi plants for sure.
^ i had mine in the ground last year on May 5th without supplemental lighting outside, they never pre-flowered and they were clones

Pre-flowers should be on a clone day one. A pre-flower is just a pistol showing sex, or ball showing male. These plants have full on little nugs, and are not preflowers.

Looking good SM they will come around in a couple weeks give em a lil toping and trim so of the lower growth and they will bless you

Interesting interpretation you have of your own words.I'm not sure how dumb you think I am but I'm well aware that my plants have flowers growing on them. I actually know what cannabis flowers look like if you believe that!
As to your negative reaction to my plants already being in flower, I don't consider that a bad thing. I get to harvest all of these girls in the beginning of July and then put out another crop to flower during the fall. I had never planned on letting this batch go for 6-7 months. That would be a waste of space imho, the increased yield from extra veg time will never make up for not getting to grow an entire 2nd crop.

Thanks billy, I try and stay diligent about trimming most of the lower growth, what would be the point of topping them right now? I've seen alot of the bigger outdoor guys saying they never top plants so I was going to experiment with that style this season. I'm open to suggestions though.
Do not trim the lower growth!!!! That is what you will be smoking!!!! The reveg growth will come from the tips of the buds.

Nice looks like that reveg worked pretty well. I wasn't planning on revegging these girls though. I'm gonna let them flower until the last week of June or so then the second they start revegging pull them completely. Then I was gonna start a whole new batch of clones (pre-vegged teens actually prolly) the first week of July.
No light dep or supplementation needed.

Wow really? First off, I said nothing about you being dumb, I clearly stated "if you were smart this time" and an FYI, that is common wordage not meant to be offensive. Now after your last post however I am confident in calling you a dumb ass.
You say your well aware of your plants having flowers, but every time before this you mention them having pre-flowers......Do you know the difference? I will repeat, your plants are in flower, not preflower. If it was preflowers, you would be fine, but they are not.
You don't talk anywhere about tarping your plants, do you think they will finish flowering in July by themselves? Maybe I missed something but if that's what your thinking, your mistaken.
Secondly, your mistaken about two crops yielding more than a single large plant crop. I can grow a ten pound plant in the beds your using, let me know your final yields and lets see how close you get.........

I tried that last year (I put them out a bit later than you put these out) with some og cuts that once in flower almost always finish but they revgged on me anyways (the lower buds were ok) :/ It is harder to control the NPK with in ground beds (like mine) unlike pots. (but yours are raised like pots

Anyways, I don't care if all goes to plan as long as your having fun and learning while you are growing!!!!!! It will only get better!!! The main part is keep on doing it and show your results, years from now you can look back and say, wow I did that!!!

I call bullshit. If you really were anticipating a spring crop (which you won't get b/c those flowers wont develop enough before reveg starts. Your going to be left with some hash material), you would have never put them in such big containers. It's obvious you made a mistake, but instead of thanking those who are trying to help, you alienate them for posting their opinions (in an open internet forum mind you).
My guess is you realized it, and decided to play it off like you knew all along.
Bulldog is right, you could have had 5 pounds per container full season, now you'll be lucky to get a few ounces per plant.
