Manganese deficiency?

Please help with my problem. Growing in coco coir. 4 plants same strain, but one plant have this problem with fan leaves, the other plants feels good. All the plant have the same food with drain to waste.

I't stopped moving water where it is setting in the garden. Trade places with one of the other plants and see if it starts moving water again.

High pH causes manganese and iron deficiency.

When the pH rises above 6.2 the micronutrients will become unavailable. However, if you are using a complete fertilizer with the right pH for coco coir there shouldn't be a deficiency. Post a photo for the best help.
