If you don't want seeds get rid of him now.

If none of the pollen sacs are open you'll be fine.

theyre looking closed.. get i just seed in the female plants or can it get "crossed" or something that my fems get male too? its my first try in growing

If you want to make seeds keep it. If you want seedless buds get rid of
it before the pollen sacs all open. They'll start opening in mass real soon.
Since this is your 1st time I growing I would go seedless to experience
nice buds this time. Then next time make all the seeds you want.
