It definitely has some resemblance with russet mites I do just wish it is not, because those mites are a pain in the a**, extremely invasive and hard to clean.
To be sure you don't have any mites check in a microscope or get some macro photos to get sure you don't have that in you growing space.

They're not all that much of a pain to deal with, more of a annoying nuisance than the evil plague they're presented as. They die obediently under the right conditions, but for sure you need really good closeup photos or a scope to confirm their presence when they're in the early stages of taking over. The earlier symptoms of russets look like a lot of other sick plant symptoms caused by different conditions so its hard to be certain without getting closer than the unaided human eye can see.
