how was it right after you dried it? Mine is ok, but not super.
Right after drying the pepper taste is stronger. I just smoked some from the harvest and the taste is much smoother. It never really sweetened, but it as strong as ever. My body is electric right now from it. Only about 20 grams left now, I shouldn't have given so much away.
