I will say that electronic ballasts do have there downfalls. some people report them failing at too high a rate. ive ran a dozen n never had one go out.

magnetics, all u usually have to change is a cap or starter, like jw stated already.

But there is a real rf issue with the electronics, or at least some of them, that have been the downfall for busting grows.

I do like the quiet run of the electronics vs the humming of the magnetics though.

@maina, fully insulated with drains in the floors already. damn, u sure know how to start out right! Whatcha gonna do for a water source in that situation? I guess u can just plumb some pex or whatever in there.

Yes but my magnetic ballast wont burn down my whole crop one night. Oh burn. Hope that hurts.

A big storm just rolled threw and the lights went crazy. I think I saw bobblehead down there in my grow. But I could not make out a face cause it was bouncing around to much. Haha you devil bobble.

So ten thousand are with out power now in my area. Our big city has 14,500 people. This is Bobble Heads fault. Sorry I said what I did.

Sorry dude but you're not the first to grow in a tractor trailer. I forget the name of the movie/documentary but a company that built grow rooms in tractor trailers was featured. I don't think I've ever seen it on icmag though. If I had the real estate I'd rather be growing in a trailer or a shipping container... Then if there is a fire it's not under me.

I plan on moving my grow to a separate building this fall. Scrapped the ballast just in case it caused the fire. So new bulb, cord and ballast.

But hey at least I aint like my brother. His place was hit by lightning and several of the trees next to his place as well. Burned the shit out of his siding and insulation. And he dont have power to boot.

Those are going to be beasts mania.

I know that lol not being the first growing in a trailer . Bet I'm the first to veg in a green house from April till nov. and not flower in it but fork lift them into reefers to flower lol . Last year I tried something and veg. Three runs flower three runs from green house in seeled rooms and finished 10 weekers in 7 weeks . Yea bet I'm the first
