Chocolate mint with strawberries sounds like a dream, I am guessing that Swazi cross takes a little longer? The pure thai sound like it would do great in the right environment outdoors, is the caribbean dream and lambsbread as long flowering?Hi Entropical merci!
My Red Thai crosses firstly differ according the cut selection mom only from the TRSC's import i did and the other line IBL worked by @purple clouds with which i used several mothers. My mother clone used for the Powered Thai and the Thaizar was "after eight" chocolate minty and the line of ZenHouseGardens i used for Red Raill is different and mostly fruity i found, more comparable to Mango Thai for example. But with ZHG's Red Thai i think you can find few choco and spicy minty ones but i think just rarer. We look forward PC come back and his suite Red Thai F5 btw good vibes broz!
Here's my cut :
Indeed with the Thaizar, but that's just "on the paper", in real a lot of moms have been selected to build the F2 (2014) and F3 (2019). So many different terpenes mix fruity/spicy/cacao are possible.Chocolate mint with strawberries sounds like a dream,
Slightly yes most of Red Rail are 16 weeker and most of Thaizar are 14 weeker.I am guessing that Swazi cross takes a little longer?
Surely and some pheno can be really big, my after8 mom was really jungle indoor. Sadly i'm not really free outdoor grower but i think to test some of my things more in the South, boat sailing trip to Portugal dream will see next years! The pure thai sound like it would do great in the right environment outdoors,
Yea very cousin 16/20++is the caribbean dream and lambsbread as long flowering?
Yeah the same, I was thinking those long ones would make great gifts for friends, the carribeans for being rare and thais which, from what I understand at least, suffer alot of intersex issues in local populations so finding something that has been worked is super.Indeed with the Thaizar, but that's just "on the paper", in real a lot of moms have been selected to build the F2 (2014) and F3 (2019). I found my red thai quite stable too....although what I got seems quite inbred and delecate compared to other thais ive eveluated.....what scents do you get off your pure red thai roms....lots of mine give off a chocolate mint scent......cant wait to flower as ive seen the bud on some is very resin covered....seems like a old line ..but goodYa the same hermie frequency for many landrace, only few worked more stable and less fragile in situ.
With our RT no probemo, my mom was solid and Purple Clouds deselect hard about hermie or intersex, very good job from him, perso two dozen plants grown from his IBL and only 3 herma found. For pure sat it's remarkable.

Red Thai F4
The Red Thai originally came from The Real Seed Company. The plants won’t begin flowering under two months of age. The flowering time is 25+ weeks. so a minimum of 33 weeks is needed to properly grow this one. There are two variations in taste and high i found.
Smoke report on the red thai
The high starts in the head then goes down the body, bringing a blissful slightly relaxed feeling. Euphoria builds up and gets you going with its balanced energy. smoke more and drift away into your head of thoughts, a fun happy high. its effects lasting 3-4 hrs. The taste is a really nice complex lemon/citrus/frankincense with strong spice background. There are rarer fatter leaved plants which show some red color in the stems. It formed tighter buds then the other one. The taste is at first citrusy then goes into a incense like tobacco taste that fades into an earthy chocolate. The initial high is an energy boost, your mood elevates with positive vibrations and thoughts. Then you slowly relax into bliss and may fall asleep, lasting about 3 hrs.
Original info from RSC Genetics: Pure Southeast Asian Ganja Plant Latitude: 15°N Regional Maturation: late December to early February Height: 4m or more Aroma: rich and ‘leathery’ like good tobacco, but nicer! Characteristics: long red pistils on dark calyxes, big yields, great ‘Thai’ flavour This is a big ganja strain grown in Northeast Thailand (‘Isaan’) and Lao. Buds are typically a deep reddish-brown to mauve-brown and have unusual long red pistils (‘hairs’). Smoke is particularly smooth and rich. The precise aroma is impossible to describe: something like leathery pipe tobacco, with hints of chocolate, coffee and musk. These are large plants, capable of going over 4 metres outdoors. A superior plant to the ‘Mekong’, though unfortunately only limited stock is available at present. The high is very euphoric and long-lasting. It is possible this ‘Red Thai’ line is related to a prized ’70s Lao/Isaan strain that was grown in this region and known to smokers as ‘Sa Daeng’ or ‘Red Ganja’.
I dont use purple clouds, mine comes from else were...probably why the difference...its from the trsc red thai...but who ever done the reproductions maybe they done chocolate phenotypes many generations .....but mine is very delecate and much more slower to take off than normal thais....it takes a lot longer to get a decent root mass....its very stable....probably the vigour is were the guy made the sacrifices to get them stable and mostly all chocolate....ive done 8 so far and they are all chocolate mint even wen in veg...the stems seem quite greasy already...the stems do go red on mine too but leaves are slim....anyway cool to hear the story of your red thai mom.Really ? Purple Clouds will certainly be surprised by your report of his IBL!
Or you talk about original seeds from TRSC 10y ago ? Lol my lucky mom (2012) was the only one sprouted out of 12 seeds pack, same very low germination by PC with TRSC!
