Macro Photos when to harvest.

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone had any macro photos of thier trichomes right when it is time to harvest. Also, what section of the bud do you use to determine this? The bud the leaf? Understand what I am trying to ask? if not I can try and reword it?

Thanks MaFFe, thats the best photo I have seen for describing when to harvest.

Can you tell me what part of the bud you took that from. Is it the very top, mid section or possibly a leaf pedal?

just take a few shot around the bud and when they look like what you wanted then chop

i can rember where but i just know it was on the bud

I thank you for being kind and doing what you did, but I want to know more where on the bud that is why I also said leaf. That photo, I can not tell.

Just look anywhere on the bud haha....just not the leaves.

well i guess you can look at the leaves, but you're gonna be smoking the bud right? so look at the bud

I just wasnt sure bro, for me to look at my buds. I got to use this loupe and its difficult to focus. I just wasnt sure where to look. I am sure the trichomes mature at different rates, depending who is closer and farther from the light. Right? Thats why I am asking the question. Forgive me man, I am mental sometimes.

you could harvest in stages if you like...

take what is ripe to your liking, leave the rest to ripen...

chop when the remainder ripens...

chop some early, label it...chop some late label it...

try them all, see if you can notice any differences, and next time, chop when they are ripe to your liking...

That makes sense sleepy, I have ordered a more powerful loupe with a bigger lens. So it should become easier for me to see. I shake real bad at times man, so it can be difficult. But what happened to me was I was checking the tops and then a light came on said maybe your not checking the right part of the plant.
