So I spoke with Ken, and are you ready for this...
The BAY11 IS the Appalachia cut, but they worked with it and added the OG. There was some secrecy surrounded that, WHY? I don't know, but I'm here first hand to tell the truth. Bodhi had a guy working with him, or High and Lonesome that later started working w/ Ken and his team creating seeds. I'm not gonna go into who that guy is, but I want to say that straight from Ken's mouth, THANKS BODHI. He wasn't trying to steal HIS strain and call it his, they did work with it as it is not PURE APPALACHIA.

I hope this helps, and doesn't creat a bunch of issues. I am the messenger, don't kill me guys!!!

Haha! Simple and effective. I have tried so many nutrient brands and recipes over the years but this is what I have found works best for me. Before you go buying any new product to try, make sure you got your environment in check. Temperature (air conditioning), humidity (dehumidifier), co2 (generator), airflow (fans). Get all this locked in before you start trying the new bottle of whatever

this may be one of the smartest things i have ever read on this site....

Sorry about not keeping things up to date here. I been super busy lately. I got a LOT of new stuff coming up in the coming months. I've got some riot seeds I'm popping. I won a pack of bog seeds I'll pop one day soon. I got a ton of new cuts on the way. The coming few months will be interesting...until then...

Hey Lumpy, congrats I hear you've tracked down the Clockwork Orange mother cut. I cannot WAIT to see what you do with that lil treat.

Also for anyone wanting to know the genetics of Ken's Bay 11 - this is actually a cut of Bodhi's selected mother cut of Appalachia made by High n Lonesome.

The genetics are Green Crack x Tres Dawg.

Pretty well established now, which is a shame because those guys all should be getting some sort of credit instead of changing its name and being shady about the genetics. Regardless Bodhi does immaculate Selection and High n Lonesome hit it out of the fucking park with Appalachia. That is going to be pure pure dank Lumpy!

i was not going to post about this situation online, because.... god knows theres enough drama online already, but now that the cats out of the bag, and for the sake of truth and this thing not getting out of control:

caligua is correct my cut of h&l's appalachia was entered into the cup as bay 11, it was hush hush because it was a back room deal, and i was not supposed to find out. if the bay 11 seed line has any appalachia in it, it should be quite nice unless they used a sub par male, but instead of taking over lumpys awesome thread any more questions should be address on the bay 11 thread.

Hey bodhi! I'm glad you decided to stop by and give us your side of the story. I will say this, the bay 11 is so far looking really good. I saw some pics of your Appalachia and I honestly hope the bay 11 is the Appalachia...

I have met ken and I would consider him a genuinely nice person. This is why I choose to stay neutral on the subject. Ken said the Appalachia is in the bay 11 and said thanks to you....now I could understand why you would be upset with him if it is indeed the pure Appalachia cut of yours renamed. Whether it is or it isn't, it is shaping up to be a great cut and deserves the prize it won at the htcc.

I believe I know the guy who brought the cut over. I didn't mean to confuse anyone as far as saying you OR Bodhi worked with Ken.
I guarantee we can work this all out and make sure everyone is happy.
For now though... I understand COMPLETELY where you and Bo are coming from.
