Well, I've waited a long time for a smoke report (since you 1st started your gro thrd), and it's a nice one! I've got these Luang Prabang Sativa, being an oldtimer, and am still figuring a way to gro them out (take a long time, not good where I'm at). My last stuff ended up going 90 days, hell, I almost coulda done it then. . .Nothing like a good dreamy contemplative landrace sativa! Wow (ain't had none in awhile, just hybrids, hybrids). . .Not trying to bum you out, but I suffer from triple spinal injuries myself (when young); hang in there. . .Once you get a good cure on that Prabang Sat I'll bet you say double-wow!
Great report, Doobie Duck. I'm a landrace lover and grower myself though I currently am starting from scratch with hybrids to have some momma's that'll finish outdoors were I live. I'll be getting a 1k soon so I can finally break into some of my long season pure sati's properly. Don't get me wrong, just having a 400 never stopped me from trying them, I just want to see some REAL buddage from the ladies.
sepulchre, thanks for the visit and yes it was a long time...
Sacrimon..I am trying to breed but I'm not sure yet if the seeds are viable...
Ancient Mystic..yes..1000K would be the way to go..my 2 400K don't in any way add up...thanks everyone...DD
Heres a few pics of my luang prabang lao's sativas, real airy buds and take 4-5 month from seed before they start flowering,i always use small cuttings now to keep the height below 5-6 ft.She's got a real nice sweet lemon/lime/grapfruit aroma and flavour which disapates when dryed & cured to a light lemon musk aroma and flavour.
Thanks DD,i tell you what she get's better with a good month or 2 cure compered to freshly dryed, the potency seem's to go right up and produces a very uplifting dreamy high and the lemon scent is still there but has an earthy/woody tone to her now,and i'm yet to find any male flowers on this perticular female, which i'm very pleased with.
