Strain: LowRyder 2
Density: Very Fluffy(Because of how I grew them, I've seen denser buds of the same strain)
Grow: Organic outdoors in 70% Ocean Forest soil 30% MG Pearlite , from seed
Smell: Fruity
Appearance: Personally I wasn't impressed by the appearance, though they came out dark green, very little amber pistils(short ones). I didn't put my best into growing it, it could have come out better... Though I'm posting this because I was blown away by the high.
Taste: Extremely smooth, didn't cough at all from large hits, and this is basically fresh off the plant.
Smoke: ?
Well, my buds are still drying, so they're no where near max potency or taste. I took a small probably 1 gram sample right after I hung them to dry after trimming.
The reason I am posting a report before the dry and cure is finished is because I felt the high was that phenomenal.
I got with 3 of my friends and we smoked a single bowl, 1 gram if not less.
The high was one of the clearest head highs I've experienced, extremely potent. The high lasted around 5-6 hours, and me and my friends are heavy smokers so our tolerance is quite high. When I hang out with my friends, we usually have the best bud in the area; $20-$25 a gram dank sensemilla, varying strains. Our tolerance is quite high and we have smoked a lot of different varieties of bud and we never touch mids, but this LR2 high was unique and unlike any of the highs we've gotten from other strains. I was personally amazed at the smoothness of the smoke and the length and clarity of the high.
Was an extreme head high. The high isn't really felt if you're just sitting there doing nothing. You feel the high the moment you try to think, the moment you try to do any action that requires a conscious effort. If you're just sitting there staring at something it's hard to feel the high, which is why I call it an extreme head high. My friend said it was almost like a creeper type high, though I think he said that because there were periods of activity and inactivity in our day
, which he probably felt it sometimes, and not at others when he was doing nothing.
I'm personally baffled that the smoke was so smooth and the high was so clear and long-lasting fresh off the plant. This may be because I didn't have to use any additional nutrients during it's growth; all of the required nutrients were in my soil mix.
I recommend this strain GREATLY. It seems a lot of the people who try to talk about this strain have never grown it or are judging its potency based off another autoflowering strain that they smoked.
Oh, I also forgot to mention this bud had about, 1-2 seeds per gram, or at least in the gram I picked off. Usually seedy bud is supposed to have a lower potency, but this bud was "Strait dank" as my friend said. Great, LONG lasting highs for smoking such small amounts, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for growers, new or old.
