Low yields, need some help. So i have a 400w Hps for flowering and i flower at least

So i have a 400w Hps for flowering and i flower at least 5 plants in this light with a 3x3x5 growroom.
My yield per plant is just 15 grams, i had one Bubblelicious from Nirvana Seeds with 30gr dry in the final but thats it.
I just want to learn how to get 2 ounces per plant or something like that...
If you can help me i appreciate that! :)

Very sparse info, 1st thought veg 'em longer.

Agreed we need to know a lot more like size pots , nutriens used, soil or medium? How big we're they when u flipped did u top fim or just run the single stalk? There are a lot of really good growers here that would help out but the problem is they can only read plants not minds lol...
(Well I'm sure a few may say they can lol)
But get back to us with lil more info and we can go from there I'm sure a guru wil chime in and lend there brain for pickin...
Good luck bro never give up it only gets better

Ok!
So i veg for about 1 and a half month,i top every girl to achieve more tops,my temps are 82F,i use All Mix soil by biobizz, with organic nutrients like Bio Bloom, Bio Grow,Top Max,Bio Heaven...
I put my plants in flower when they have 12 inches-15 inches.
I got a fan circulating the air inside the growroom and a 107 m3/h intake and outake 190 m3/h.
400w hps with an adjust a wings reflector.
11 liter pots and 17 liter tops. :)

If you're using Biobizz nutrients (and from the name of your nutrients you do) then your using the best stuff in that game. Everything else seems to check out fine if I'm reading and envisioning everything correctly which tells me: it must be your genetics.

I think i have some good seeds, because they are not bagseeds or something that you dont really know what it is...
And the quality is very good ,nothing to say!
The quantity is the only thing bad in all this.

All those little buds down below use up the same amount of energy as the ones up at the top. Without you manipulating the plants to cover the light's footprint, and leaving those buds that cannot see the light still sucking energy, you are giving your plant less opportunity to grow better buds.
Get a choppin, be brutal. Get that footprint covered and it's a start.

It's genetics coupled with technique, although genetics put a ceiling on your technique squeezing more out of the plants. I suggest taking clones from the best of your lot and then running those in hempy and vegging to about 15" like you said, but also maybe super-cropping the plant a week or so before you flip them so they can heal before they go into transition. If you can't do better w/ clones run as I suggest, it is genetics, though it could just be the pheno's you're running. The clones I have seem to do the same thing every time, but they grow and mature WAY slower in soil (I have 2 in soil right now next to hempy and the hempy blows it away in all respects). Yes, Phenotype is a big factor, perhaps the biggest. If you are running plants that don't yield well, and you know it from running them multiple times, then you need to pick new pheno.'s or try a different strain.

Lst is your friend with a 400 watter keep your canopy nice and even and that will help a lot that's what I do and keep it close I air cool my hood so I can keep the light about 8 inches max away and stay in the low 80s sometimes high 70 and use the green pad co2 things and have fair results... But ur medium and feeding sechedule seem good but runnin all seeds it's Gona be hit or miss unless those lines have been stabilized correctly next time take cuts label them and flower the seed out, and keep the good phenos around and kill the rest

Yeah man, 15 gms per plant is an extremely low yield....you gotta switch phenos/strains asap

I grew under a 400 hps with no problems, had two well known strains running(all from clone)one would produce twice what the other one did.I still run them under a 1000 watt hps,and its the same deal.I am a big fan of supercropping, and run in 3 gallon bags.Mine go into flower at about 2 feet tall.
brownthumb pretty much nailed it in his post.Sound advice.Good luck.Bob

theres got to be more to his probs than that. 15g per plant is crazy.

do you ph your water? if the ph is off then the plants wont be happy and your potential yield plummets.

15 grams for a 3 gallon pot is not normal for any plant I've seen or heard of. Even 30 grams seems small.
Its gotta be more than just the genetics. For one, the temps are high which makes it easier to overdo nutrients.
You got any pics?
