Low pH with kristalon brown

Can anyone tell me a rough estimate of either potassium or calcium carbonate required to stabilize my pH? As kristalon has a large amount of potassium as it is, calcium carbonate seems the obvious choice. Or is the potassium/calcium in these carbonates not readily available to plants, or such a small concentration that it doesn't actually matter?

Keen to give this a go. Added calcium seems more beneficial to me than potassium...
