and i had a 99 plant limit in sandiego a couple years back, in ramona, no less, written by a sandiego MD.
It is my understanding that a doctor can write for more than the counties limit, if under 99.
another doc wouldnt go over 48 for my wife
and then the limit was 24 in sandiego county

no matter, its none of anybodies business. period. fucking medical patients?
does anyone know people who juice plants? it takes a lot especially for hardcore issues like pain insomnia etc,
like, people juice a whole plant for a days medicine. (often not in flower)
maybe they were making rick simpson oil and giving it to people in their support groups or cancer wards...maybe they were medical superheros

maybe some lame like a ups dude recognized the return address of the same place he ordered his bulbs from, and ratted them out to avoid competition? or incarceration... anything coulda happened

If they have everything in order I wouldn't think they have anything to worry about. If they dont go to trial for at least 6 months there lawyer should request to have the evidence re weigh..It will drop allot...

I have All my documentation and medical records updated.. My medications are all updated..Keep as much stuff updated as you can just in case. If it goes to trial you have your evidance to support your claims.

san diego banned dispensaries and everything else cannabis related lol.
they are putting out a sign that they dont want it in their city. so you think they will take kindly to growers? this is all common sense people, you can defend them all you want, but THE FACT IS they brought this attention to themselves. how did the cops know they were growing? because they are idiots and either told a gang of people or reeked up their whole neighborhood.

growing isnt for everyone, but EVERYONE is trying to get into it now that its near legality.

i see 40-50 yr old business men in suits at the hydro shop buying lights. its getting ridiculous.

there is still a few dispensaries. another one got shut down downtown like 2 weeks ago.now its mostly deliveries. I don't need dispensaries anyhow. on the whole the socal weed scene is still rockin and most smart peeps are quite safe.been here like 18 years doing my thing and only got 1 visit where cops found my plants. they had to leave empty handed and me all smiling

It is too bad that San Diego COUNTY can't get rid of Bonnie Dumanis and her witch hunt against medical cannabis.

In fact the MAYOR of the CITY of San Diego just signed a petition to get the Federal Government to back off of medical cannabis users and let's states decide their own laws regarding cannabis.
