Looking for some advice on new room

In about a month or so I will be moving so size of room(s) are still undetermined.

I picked up 5 1k lights off CL early last year with 4 cooltubes and 1 hood for a killer deal, along with other misc equipment they've been in storage waiting patiently until I move as my last 2 living situations have not allowed me to grow.

What I want to do / Thinking about doing:

Perpetual, 2 rooms of 2k watts on a flip flop with the extra 1k being backup or for veg if electrical will allow it.

In my head I'm thinking of building an 8x8x? flower room inside a room or garage where ever I move and splitting that into 2, 4x8 areas contained in the 8x8x? room. A few of the houses I've looked at have the washer and dryer in the garage and I think that might be my best bet and just buy a pre made flip flop online to plug into the 240 there, no extension cords needed really. The downside of the garage is that in the summer here it gets over 115+ temps, garage would have to be insulated very well. I have seen a few houses here with the bedrooms closer to the washer and dryers which might be another option assuming I could run VERY short extension cords? If that's a bad idea please chime in lol.

If I was forced to use a bedroom, away from the larger circuit I think I would run into issues and have to downsize. Asking you guys what do you think my best option is here? I haven't bought ventilation or cooling yet as I'm pretty far away from firing these lights up. Those 3ton split ACs are sexy and I'm sure worth the $2k investment but initially I will not be able to afford that unless I come up on a killer deal on craigslist again.

Tents are an option as well I'd just rather build something out of wood or poly plastic instead of forking out the $$ for two 4x8s. On the other hand this will be a rental in a non medical state and the ability to tear down a tent as opposed to 2x4s and plywood is an attractive idea and I'm totally open to it if my budget allows and you guys think that would be a better option.

There are endless ways to do this I'm sure. Open to any and all ideas here you guys have seen and done it all over the years, enlighten me a little please!

Growers with 4k watts doing 2k perpetuals please show me some love here!

"a rental in a non medical state"

I'd say everything revolves around this. Start with security and go from there.

Good filter , 10x10 room with a 4x8 tray ,and a 4x4 tray with 3- one thousand watt hps over trays
Gotta have room for res, dehu, and/or ac , fans, trimming up and checking far cprners where bugs n mold start first.... Just go bigger, being cramped in somewhere u hang out alot sucks.

And a shitty 100 dollar tent with a 4 lamp t5 u keep as a start room. They never time right for as soon as one is done the others are ready....

Just my 2 cents

But seriously, go bigger. LoL

Security is my top concern, I think all of us here are concerned with keeping a low profile and I have my mind set on being overly cautious as I always have been when doing this. That being said 5k in a rental is ballsy but I want to go back to my home state in a year or so and purchase a house, I do not care to live where I currently live any longer than another year or two.

I have a CAP Ozone generator, the 4ft one and I plan on purchasing the largest carbon filter my budget will allow.

I lied - my state is medical, but the laws prevent me from growing within 25 miles of any dispensary and a low plant count. Just the distance severely limits my options so I have decided to not get my card.

Outdoors is a no go I live in the desert with mostly track housing (115+temps)

Tell no one, pay ur rent on time, every time, and dot do anything you cant fix to the house. The people who lived in my house before me ran sum sort of printing thing in the garage. So besides the anchors (that il cut flush n grind smooth when i move) and a light coat of caulking to the already way shitty sheet rock in the garage. Il be good to go. Ive lived in plenty of spots that it was just not an option. So just feel the vibe and don't ruin other peoples stuff. Lucky for me i got a spot where im 99% sure I'm gonna get away with it. Play it smart, ditch the smell and buzzing fans upon company. And ul be fine!!
And for the record im in a legal state but can Not grow in the county that i live in.
And i just don't care. Been doing it of and on for 14 years, and will for the next 14.
