Witchking - It is a cross that my buddy made of a superfruity smellin blueberry he got from somewhere in Oeregon back in 2000 and crossed it with his male White Rhino that puts on the trichs like it was a female! He been working with it for a few years and I just can't get enough. From what I gathered he read about the cross somewhere then decided to make his own from his genetics. Don't know if seeds are available from any breeders but the two moms are easily.

I don't think Sensi sends to the US. The F2's from Willy Jack. the are at iron seeds. I just found the page so I don't know much about it. Looks promising though.
There are a few reasons why I say Jack Herer or a close Cross of it.
1 is because of the taste. I have had fruity to spicy. I like the spicy that almost has an ammonia tang to it. It might sound weird but it's all good.
2 is the High's. Not just a generic stone. A few different Pheno's from Hazey Skunk to Norther Lights Indica. The high of the sativas are soaring and electrified.
3 is because of the diversity in a pack. You can get a few mother plants which is cool. You can get a haze to an Indica. All of them are damn good!
I have had Jack Flash that made me sweat after exhaling it. I only get that with STRONG Buds. The high hits instantly on my experiences.

The problem is the original Jack Herer is Expensive! Get some F2's or a good cross.

The other suggestion I have is to look through ReeferMan's website.
The only person in the World releasing Landrace genetics by the bunches is ReeferMan. I just read an article in last months HT mag. It Quotes Arjan I think. He says himself and RMan are the only ones going to other countries to get new genetics. I don't have the magazine or I would give the exact quote.
ReeferMan has tons of good stuff that is really different from everybody else. He uses Landrace stuff with tried and true stuff which makes lots of different highs and tastes. I think that's why he has won the cups recently. Not because it was the Strongest High. It was the most Interesting High.
Exactly what you said about Potency being of equal importance to Quality of the High. He believes in this. You can see that from his breeding. He knows what He's doing. Truly different strains.

I, myself am looking for strains to get. I have been extremely fortunate in receiving gifted beans from a known breeder. I am still going to but something else. I too was going after something different for the purpose of making seed from whatever strains I could/can get. I hope I can do what JLP does and give away MY NEW AWESOME STRAIN. Someday...
I got a PM a while ago for somebody selling "Jack Frost" & "Frost Wreck" which looked pretty good. They sounded good but were $100 each from a person, not a company. I thought that was greedy for 10 seeds. I don't know?

I'm getting some Romulan from seedbay, I want that to be my "Knockout" strain, everything I've red suggests it will fit the bill nicely. I've been thinking about getting some Female seeds Northern lights. I remember smoking some N.L back in the 90's and I remember it had a real nice quality stone to it. Not to mention I can't beat the price either.

How bout satori from mandala seeds? Very racy sativa high and has almost a sandlewood odor kinda fruity spicey aroma. Very much exotic as can be. Also hashberry is top notch for indicas. It really tastes like the name says kinda hashy berry flavor right off the plant with no cure. Even better when cured. In veg the stems even have a berry aroma. Nugs are tight and puruplish very much not a typical boring indica high. The yeilds are huge and the quality is A+.

I had a bag of hashberry which was a hydro grow attempt which a friend did and I thought it was ok.Not great like the Hiigh times pictures! I couldn't really tell how good it was. It was his first grow in a NFT table. The buds were nice looking but were a little chemmy and harsh even though they burnt to a white ash. I figured it was his setup that held them back. The size and density was pretty good. So was the crystal count, they were almost all clear, not done enough for my preference.
Every article like the Weed World & the High Times go into detail about the landrace genetics used from the Himilayas. I also can't get over the fact that they are selling a product comparable to White widow for $17 or $25.
That shows tons of integrity as well as just plain cool for a business to do.
I wish more breeders would take a lesson!!! hear that!!! People I won't mention by name
Don't be greedy. You get what you deserve and not much more without consequences.

I don't want to hi-jack your thread but I think the info could help. Mandala are some interesting genetics. I haven't heard ANY bad stuff at all!!!
