So I've been searching the internet grow stores, google, forums and can't find what I'm looking for. Actually not even sure it exists. Basically I'm looking for a controller that has 2 stages of cooling control for day time temps and 2 stages of cooling control for night temps. Does this exist? Would really help simplify my setup if this controllers exists!!!!!

I'm going to be running 2 motorized dampers, one drawing air from inside the house and one drawing outside air in. This way when it's cold outside the system will draw air from inside house helping to control temps in the garden without shocking the plants with 0 degree temps, and when summer rolls around and inside temps start to become to much damper will open and draw air from outside.

Also my 14" Max Fan will be setup to run full blast as well as 40% slower, it'll run 40% most of the time, if the outside damper opens up and temps still continue to climb fan will kick on full blast. It will be a pretty trick system that will eliminate any need for A/C and the big power draw needed to run that equipment. My cousin can get this all working without this specific controller but it would be a HELL of allot easier for him if it did exist!!!!:tiphat:

So please, anyone that knows of a controller like this, or has any idea's please feel free to shoot me a link. :thank you:

Arduino. build your own they can handle that job easily, you need to know how to program but the language is pretty intuitive.. Get googling. You can automate all of that and add even more its a lot better to build your own because u can do what you want. There way cheaper than buying a controller and 100% customizable. just make sure you find a micro-controller with A LOT of digital and analog outputs and inputs if you want to add a bunch of stuff. you can link it up with wifi and remote control or have it twitter feed you info of whats going on sent to ur fone.

How about having 2 controllers, have them connected via you 12/12 light relay so that cont1 is on with lights on and cont2 is on at lights off.
Not really sure I understood what you need...

Arduino RULEZ, you can have it role your joint ready for you as its giving you a foot massage:biggrin:, BUT, its a lot of work programming them and you need to know how. I wish I knew...:tumbleweed:

You need to get away from hydro and start looking at commercial hvac wholesalers... Dampers with servos and specialty thermostats... Dig there. And post up which ones you find... Good info!

Miway is spot on with that. There is some pretty crazy automation devices in the hvac industry. ive seen some pretty elaborate automation setups in homes. They can be a bit pricey but with the right research you should be able to find something very cheap.

All you need is some initiative. Theres plenty of Forums and stuff dedicated with tons of free code everywhere. all you need is the desire to get started. you can modify other peoples ideas or use theres it just seems more harder then it is. But its still fun to do things the oldschool way its also fun to make things easier on yourself by automation. with arduino you can log all of ur information(sensors) and create statistics with the info. and make an automatic grow log thats more accurate and easier:)

I believe I've found the controller that will do everything I need it to do... The Iponic 600

Thanks everyone for your input:thank you:

Save some money, I see them as low as $913.

Not a bad looking controller. Certainly will do what you want. Spendy, but compared to DIY with an Arduino or similar you simply plug it in and go. Sometimes you just gotta ask yourself what your time is worth. Sometimes it's truly cheaper to drop a grand and be done with it. :)

Get the iPonic. You can set up to 6 stages of cooling and heating. There is a thread just for the iponic I was posting in. Check it out and feel free ti ask me any questions. I've had the unit for 4 months and am pretty familiar now with all the settings.

Thank you, and yes. Time is something I DON'T have:tiphat: So if I can save some, that's money!!!!

I use the 45$ Thermostat controlled outlets. LUX-Win100 model.

Day and night programmable and can be set to min or max temps before turn on or off. :D

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:
