Looking for a HARD HITTING 2lb+ outdoor strain (seed)

Yeah Two12s, thanks for keeping me in check., I was a bit getting carried away.
Though, last night I have dropped cookies off the list already in favor of AK-47, my “safe strain” - I’ve grown it and I know how it performs, people are happy too.
The market is not picky at all by the way, it’s me that is freaking out here.

I am very open to more suggestions from you.

Yet to figure out what's what in Bodhi's and Rare Dankness' gear. I think I am getting overloaded.
I read good opinions on Texada Timewrap, but really it's all becoming a blur.

I looked up Azure Haze, but people seem to not be content with the yields, excellent in the other departments.

I think I will go with HSO Blue Dream. The consensus is that they are really close to the clone https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=276205
The only issue that there is is that they are s1, but it looks like people are happily growing them out, can’t find any complaints about hermies.

Furthermore as mentioned on the previous page Green Crack is on the list. Again, same as BD - s1.
Or - Purple Crack fem (GC x Blackwater) - not sure about yield and potency though?


I have HUGE dilemma about the whole femminized situation… I’d appreciate some feedback on that.


I am also gonna get a bunch of free HSO fem seeds that I am not sure what to do with yet. It’s possible that I drop Crack in favour of Sour Diesel and Truthband.

this is what i do ! i grow the old faithfuls "safe strain" i,m familiar with , your mentioning ak 47. then along side that i test run several things to see what grows nice , has potency and good feed back .

in my case ,my faithfuls "safe strain" is extensive so i,m not limited to one old faithful as such . it takes time to accumulate "safe strains " many years of testing .

Ak47 is a good choice for you especially because you have experience with it. Good to hedge your bets with a sure thing.

I had a buddy get good results from purple crack, i never ran it. Also seen blackwater do amazing and go very purple, so purple crack may satisfy both yield and your desire for color.

Steer clear of texada timewarp. Yes it does have a great reputation, and when i was in b.c. in the early 2000s it was one of their more prized strains, it will be too long winded for your climate; unless you start flowering early with a light dep it will not finish in time.

I ran one of bodhis strains and the quality was amazing i wish i still had the mom. Rare dankness has a strong rep as well but i have no experience with their gear.

If you go ak and gdp for certain, i think you would be well rounded off by adding BD, GC, Purple Crack, or sour.

Keep in mind, 10 weeks is probably close to the longest you can hang with in your climate, and the faster the better as less chance to be discovered or stolen, hit by pests, killed by rain, etc. This said, you already have gdp which is a 10 weeker, so i would go with 1 more 10 weeker max so only half of your crop is exposed to risk from rain damage etc. Bd and sour are both typically 10 weeks, so id pick one or the other but not both.

Sorry if any of this seems redundant or if im bombing your thread, just felt like helping a beginner out.

If you havent given it a ton of thought yet, start thinking about soil ammendments and nutrient programs now, as well as how you plan to water. 50 1box plants will get quite thirsty and involve a good bit of watering. As time goes on they will also be getting very hungry. also, plan ln preventative pest spraying.

I am pretty much thinking about all of those things. My entire project will be extensively documented and I hope you're going to chime in when I create the thread too!

One thing that I was not considering though! Flowering times. That's an excellent remark once again.

I gave up on Crack, opinions are quite mixed.

Found a more reputable Blue Dream - Bodhi's - shorter flowering & more indica and non-fem.

Qrazy Train more purps. The lineage is (Train Wreck X Trinity) X (Purple Urkle X Space Queen). Hoping for a bit more potency.

lol i gave you the best advice in this thread , plant 3 times more than you think you,ll need . well done on the blueberry hash plant great choice , i,ve grown Qrazy trains . there big yield and good potency . wasn't one for me though . lucky you haven't got humidity . cause even though its says mold resistant . it was the first thing to fall apart. and it does grow big .

you,ll want a hell of a lot more beans than that too pull 100 pound . i,m not trying to be unkind . i,m just not sure your fully aware of what it actually takes .but we all got to learn somehow.

Yeah sure, I am embarrassed to say how many seeds I ordered too... 5 each. But that's what I could afford right now. Got the freebies too, so it's cool.
(I am gonna grow the fems at a designated spot though just in case)
