Depends upon what you think and intend the word "civilization" to mean. If you think it means a world inhabited by peoples in and advanced state of development, then I agree with you. We are not the only civilization "out there".

I took a look at the Bushman pictures and the alien toy, they look similar but not exactly the same, the coloring is different and the feet on the toy look more plasticy then the foot in the photo.
