Lighting question

I vegged my first plant outdoors and flowered indoors under 400w HPS.

Decided to try an inside grow and vegged 4 under two 4 foot T12 sunlight tubes. LSTed 3 of them to keep them low. After 6 weeks I set up a space with the 400w about 1 foot above the tallest plant and the 4ft floros on each side...and towards the middle of each plant. They're on 12/12.

My therory is that the floros will be benificial to the lower parts and the HPS above for flowering.

It's not a question, stoned Ed made a mistake. He thought he was emailing his cannabis overlords that set him up in a small house grow..O Ed,ya hit the wrong button! And ya need to go bigger than that to make the overlords happy!

yup supplementary lighting is always helpful. however with a 400watter you do get a good amount of light penetration (~21") so it may not be as essential as someone using a weaker light. it should help really fatten up those popcorn buds towards the bottom of the plant though.

if you do put the light in, make sure it's on a synchronized as ur HPS

They are on the same timer and it has made a HUGE difference. I don't have any dead leaves from shading. I've also been able to keep the 400wHPS higher and am not getting much stretch.
