What is a good brand to get?

I just want to test light levels around the grow area and make sure the correct lumens are coming from the bulbs.

I have a LX1330B which goes for ~30$ and its supposed to be pretty accurate. I admit that I didn't buy it because of growing.

Why would you wanna let the NSA know you are checking your lights with a smartphone app? It reminds me of the scale app.
