Good to see you CC! Are you old enough to remember Major Mudd? Regional kids TV from the 60's? He would end his show by exclaiming "I.B.B.Y."
Typing out ibr pheno, I started riffing on switching ibr to IBBY pheno:
"I'll Be Blasting You!" What ya think? :p
grwdank, no problem, you Fla. growers talk amoungst yourselves! :D
The green dude in the banner looks like an old Crumb character.

Here's the calyxed leaf

Day 50 here, took down the indica cola, leaving the lower branches to finish up.
These two shown, are just the opposite, lower branches finishing up first.
I took a bit off each at day 45, so I can contrast the highs from different harvest dates, as well as phenos.
While trimming up the sativa pheno @ D 45, I found a few seemingly harmless nanners. Second rd. today, I found a few beans in the sativa pheno, so despite being the best yielder, I won't be revegging her as planned :(
Both of these girls were flushed today as well. Down the home stretch :D

I like Lifesaver fresh but it really rocks with a light cure. These nuggies finished in 38 days but you can see they're more than done. They smell like grape jam, taste the same, and have a knock out punch.

Yours,
Dr. Jay

Man, I love the red veining on this ibr pheno!

Aquaman2112, yeah it sucks about the hermie, but it seems to have been light. Haven't come across any beans in the other plants...yet. Lord knows, I've experienced alot worse w/ hermies!

sensibudz, thx for checking them out. You've got some experience w/ Lifesaver, right? ;)

Hey Crazy Composer, bit nippy today, but still damn nice! I've got a Lifesaver clone and 20 Shuttlefuck seedlings basking in the sun out on my deck as I type, getting used to the elements they'll be enduring out in the wilds this summer!

Thanks for the shot DrJay! Inspirational! In fact, my buds are drying so slowly, I think I'll grab one and put it on my floro hood so I can puff some tonight.
That's one special pheno you got there! That's the fun w/ Lifesaver, the variety in phenos, and I doubt you'll find an out and out bad one.

I plan on giving these gals 48 hrs of darkness on day 56, picking @ D 58, but I will let the plants dictate my decision. :)

It just gets stranger about this pheno. We've got our last in flower now since the garden is coming down for the move. In order to keep the pheno going we brought a bunch of clones north to a medical cooperative that is now growing it.

Yesterday I'm telling them about my lousy yield, super pot, and 38 days. The guy tells me they just finished a round at 36! And he thinks they might have gone too long. Now, they use an organic hydro system and very powerful lights so I guess it's possible.

The thing is that if you're a patient that needs fresh medicine then you're stuck doing rotations. The neat thing is that poor yield on this pheno is compensated by the increased number of rotations/year.

Yours,
Dr. jay

ps: love those red veins

Highlighter, you're going outdoors this year too? He he. Let's hope for a stellar year this year. The weather has been quite normal this year, so maybe it'll be good and even-keeled weather this season. And a rainy fall to flush the roots and provide us with kickass newengland herbs. :) cc

Yeah, I'm going outdoors, but I prefer being in. Just too many beans I gotta try out!
If I could grow on my property and lavish the care I do my indoor gals, then I'd be all set.
Because we're viewed as outlaws, I gotta go guerilla style, and I just can't get the results I do inside. I usually just make hash w/ what I get. Mostly, it's just trial runs, last yr. running my A-11 f2's and Heri-A's, this yr my Shuttlefucked,
(A-11 X Trainwreck), along w/ some other internet growers work. I did trade a dutch pal for some Early Pearl, which will be my 1st actual 'outdoor' strain. Very mold-resistant which I could use for sure!
April showers/ spring has sprung!
back in a few days w/ a wrap up on these gals :D

(Going to W's W tomorrow, CC! Wish I had more time to visit)

we're slated for another snowfall this week so i'm veggin here in the basement for the time being. it was 85 last week and gonna be 35 tomorrow night i hear. hey HIGHLIGHTER... keep me posted on your early pearl grow as i am interested in what she can do. my grow, devil, has a genetic make-up of afghan x afghan/skunk. the breeder says "due to its afghani pedigree, taste, reddish aura, and magical mind journey tendencies, this plant provides quite a wonderful therapy". here's what i say "weeeeeeeeeeeeee" ~
