Fuck yah, this is great news. I have made my livelihood off this plant for the last ten years, but I swear to god I would trade it all tomorrow to get someone off a death sentence like this would have been... great news for this man and his family

Dont live in a 3 strike rule state.the government doesnt want us to grow /sell drugs as they would call it.people you have to understand most of us break the rules by doing what what we do.LEO doesnt like what we do so they use things like 3 strikes and what they are doing to gypsy to punish us.think about it that suxs ass this man spent 20 years and he thought he was nvr getting out.rapists/ murders/sick fucks that rape kids/ home invaders/ Gang bangers get less time that a man selling a oz of bud to make a few extra bucks.a man with a half pound at home.so see what im saying they dont like that we war winning this war so they are stepping up there attack against us.

That's fantastic news for Jeff!

Now how in the hell is it ok to have one state where anyone of age can go to a store and buy it and another state, in the same fucking country no less, you could get LIFE in prison?? A child would know that's just fucked up. FUBAR actually.

Right on, there are many more in jail for life for "drugs", this case had many activists working on it so it got more attention. Everyone with the "three strikes" laws is in for life pretty much. That is a lot of people.

"I’ve got a lot of family members and people here that are going to help me learn. It’s going to take me some time. I’ve never been on the Internet. I’ve messed around on the computer, so I know a little bit about it, but that’s about it. As far as a telephone, I used to walk into a telephone booth and drop a dime in there; it’s probably not even a dime anymore. "

Happy indeed that this man is free.... time for pot is cruel and unusual punishment.
