I dont do more then 15 plants. I start out with 30 but but the time I cull the males and pick through the females it will be 15 or less.

Im doing 15 because I ran out. When these are done I wont do any more then 1-2 plantsmy freedom is more important then having my home filled with cannabis. I only grow for me.

actually i'm pretty sure I have 2 male diesels. If you have a plant and its 2 months old and hasn't shown female sex it's probably a boy iam thinking. Got to chuck that one as well.

cultivation, 1/4 of mushrooms, setting a fire to a habital area(grow started fire) and the scale i had, i got a felony for some reason.....
this was with a public pretender, learned my lesson on that one!

I know you are a fairly vocal person here so you should be driving these felony points to our friends. I see so many unsafe operations (a relative of mine for instance) and tell them, if you start a fire with a grow you are so fucked. You will be on the evening news, probably a lot, and if you kill someone you may as well kiss the baby.

I cannot believe Mushrooms are a felony. I used to pick them here (Washington State) and cops would yell at us from their car through the PA system, "We know what you kids are doing, you cease at once" We would not even do much more than look up at them. After we finished our business we would get in our car (stoned on mushrooms) and drive away. It was different time, so obviously I would not suggest anyone do this now. Picking Liberty Caps was a very long process and by the time you were done picking you were blazing from eating them as you go. Fuck, I think I am having a flashback.

Scales are a bitch. You need them just to buy weed.

i heard lately in some courts lawyers are getting the scale thingie dropped by sayings its used to "divide marijuana" between the multiple patients...

not fool proof, but a good laywer with a good relationship with the judge can probably get a count dropped using some good ol lawyerness..

but yeah, a buddys lawyer managed to get "intent to sale" dropped from his docket, now hes just facing felony cultivation for 400 plants and are offering 1.5 years felony probation as plea deal no jail time..hes still growing too lol, just tripled up on his scripts and only running around 90 plants 9 under each 1k...

in my opinion, hitting triple digits in CA is not worth it unless you plan to go 300+ plants and absolutely blow the shit out of growshow. You're risking a very, very lengthy federal prison going over 100, and for what? An extra 50 plants that you could have converted to trees, dialed your shit in better/done a scrog and improved your yield with 99? Seems ridiculous to me.

To the rest of it: Yes I've read about people doing time for selling in CA (even with a card), yes I know people who are in prison even with a card, and yes, you are at a very real and deadly serious risk of a decade long federal sentence. Come on man; I don't even live in CA and I know the laws and the day-to-day climate better. Google this stuff, it's out there.

The fact that you are going over 100 plants without knowing this shit blows my mind, and with all due respect (and I mean it, this is not an ad hom) I would consider another profession.

I just socked away another ten grand in retainer/advance legal fees for the best rep in the state. I know the laws inside and out in both states I garden in. I research a good 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes more per day regarding the changing environment. I suggest you do the same.

Just my two pennies. Again, no hate bro. I just can't fathom having a grow that could very realistically send you to federal prison without knowing the 101 shit. I don't think you are ready for this stuff yet.

I don't recycle, contributing to the landfills.
And I support single mothers, one dollar at a time.

and yes add more scripts timmy. add as many as possible, what me and my friends do is photocopy our scripts and share them in homies gardens. there are certain people who have their scripts in a ton of gardens lol...theres no database for checking that shit. thats why clubs make everyone sign up and photocopy their original script, so they can add it to their collection of patients if the bitchass cops ever show up..
