Honestly BMAC I'd let em go slightly longer. Those calyxes closed but they don't look swelled yet. 
Just my two cents maybe leave one see what she does, but last time I harvested beautiful closed calyxes like that I was sad I didn't let it go longer to really swell upp.
Also anyone who is here who is rocking LEDs and have some pictures of LED grown buds hit up my led bud pictures thread here:

btw for the record.those arent herms, they are males i intentionally reversed to female.didnt want to give anybody the wrong idea witht that picture. his seeds seem solid and stable so far on everything of his im running as far as i can tell. i havent seen any on her sisters in flower yet so im not anticipating anything like that. i would def look into these if you get the chance.

reversing males to females for stud selection. if you get it to express its full terpine profile, potency, and cannabinoid ratios etc. you get a look at choosing the male based on very similar criteria as female breeder selection. males barely put any energy into producing trichomes and resin compared to the flowers and leaves of a flowering female, be it a reversed female or a biologically true female. it has an increased trichome producing effect on the flowers to simply be female regardless of why its female. its the same genetics. females arent genetically more prone to thc as much as they are hormonally for lack of a more scientifically correct way of stating what you know i mean. lol.
im not a breeder at all. i am just fucking around. i just thought id share because its freaky deaky and potentially really useful. i didnt even get it right. thats why theres all the males flowers. i started at first sign of flowering which is bout a week too late. my first attempt.
this is just a cheater step before progeny testing. narrow down to what you are looking for in the male as well as the female by dankness basically ftw.
