Lets save these little kittens together, any input would be GREATLY appreciated.

Remember to make the little guys poop!! I know it sounds gross, but use a tissue to gently rub their privates and tummies at feeding time, just like momma would when she cleans them....
yup, rubbing the butthole will help them poop. look it up online to see the best method. my ex had to do it with 2 week kittie somebody threw in a dumpster. i tried to call her tonight but no luck, i should be able to talk to her and ask any advice she may have.

ohh and bobcatt, the kittie we found and kept looks just the cat in the pictures you have.

Y'all are awesome , most guys hate cats. I just saved 2 that were on death row, they were older and ugly and nobody was gonna take them. One was missing an ear, I named him Holyfield and one has a permanently bent tail. (His name is Bentley) They guard my grow.:pet the cat:

People who don't like cats just aren't interesting enough to be noticed by a cat :joint:

This is a tragic example of an inbread cat. Please spay or neuter your cats!

Sorry y'all, I realize this is off topic..I don't know why, but this pic really cracks me up
But back to USEFUL,..... cant wait to get an update,it sounds like a challenge, and I'm hoping for the best.

this is really one of the more humane things we can do as pet owners... and for those that take it unto ourselves to help out where others won't. spayed or neutered last year & this wouldn't have happened. it be pretty damn cool if you had these two fixed this season & then released back out... some vets will do this for free as it really is a humane endeavor for animal control & their quality of life.

i'm tracking a local adult cat right now... might be trapping him & taking in for surgery & then release back out. 2 little kittens have come by in the last month or so... and they had both disappeared in less than a week, not to even think of their little sisters & brothers. kid across the street said his brother called animal control... fucking ass holes... i mean kittens usually get snatched up before the term date, but...? and they talk about the male cat that is known to father more than one litter in the neighborhood, yet no one traps that loose male & every year... more kittens to the kill shelter. be humane, stop the unnecessary breading. BTW>>> i feel this especially true of humans, more so than cats... trap loose humans, have them fixed, stop the unnecessary breeding... ;-)

Well meaning folks that call animal control or take cats to animal control have no idea what goes on. Cats and kittens only have a 24 hour window to be adopted , then they are givin a shot to the belly to euthanize.... It's painful and inhumane. It makes me sick. Owner surrendered animals, well, they don't even get the 24 hours. They are put to death before their feet hit the ground. Im working locally with others to have our animal control turn into a no kill. Other shelters that have dogs and cats caged for a long time are just as bad. We call it cage crazy. The animals pace and pace and then finally lose all hope and get this vacant look in their eyes. Everyone who calls animal control should be made to come watch the animal they called about be put to death. Really folks, Spaying and Neutering is the best way to prevent this cruelty we humans iniflict on dogs and cats.... and I agree with MI....humans need neutering too.

Update!! Come to find out the momma showed up today while I was away. My wife tells me she showed up on the porch at around 7 am this mornin. She took the box with the little ones in it to her.She took the grey one and took off behind the house. My wife was very happy. BUT she never came back for the black one. So my wife was keeping a close eye on the little feller, she says a bout 2 hrs. later the mom came and got the other one. She watched it take off into the the woods with it instead of going under the house. Coveralls on, I went under the house...no kits. I know there is a hunting camp on the mountain to our west,it is a hike. I have NEVER heard of a momma cat leaving her little ones for that long and then coming back. I know the fella who owns the property, I will perhaps take the day off tomorrow and ride the 4 wheeler there and see what is up. BTW you guys are awesome.....I really mean that from the bottom of my heart. I am an animal lover and get the feeling many of you are as well. BTW I WILL be getting the mom fixed. We actually talked about it after her last litter. Then she got pregnant almost instantly it seems. Much love to all who are giving advice and such.:thank you:

yayyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
i am so relieved to hear the fantastic news. now hopefully mother nature is looking out for the purrington family.
i wonder what the mom was doing during that time, maybe finding a new home.
kudos for a job well done, and for looking out for mommy cat purrington. much good karma earned.

Im so glad she came back, but I've never heard of a mama cat leaving for that length of time. Once one of my outdoor cats was missing for 2 days, I found out that she got locked inside my neighbors walk in basement. (He left the door open for a couple of hours and she must have followed him inside) Could have been something like that happened to yours.

Wild kittens are the best for rough housing when they are young. To bad they grow up to become bitches but such is life. Glad to see mom came back. But I bet the black one grows up to be onry,I'd name him Trouble.

At least they won't burn up all your weed like mine does.

Puff Puff never pass 24/7.
