really they have that much weight in the "evidence" room just sitting there. Then they were going to charge double street whole sale for brick in Arizona. I never want to wish death on anyone, but you reap what you sow.

Hmmm Pot from the evidence room. "undercover" cops from Chandler selling weed in south Phoenix, without so. Phoenix knowing about it? Sounds like maybe two possibly" dirty "cops trying to sell some evidence weed for some spare change, the rest of the cops Use the reversal scam to cover for them, so they all don't look as bad as they are. My 2 cents.:fsu:

you are absolutely correct and I immediately thought the same damn thing...

this is what HAD to of been the situation....

couple of dumb ass cops trying to get PAID

Cop leaves behind a wife and two small boys. That's not karma, that's a travesty anyway you look at it and this thread is a perfect example of what's really really wrong with our community that voices are given to people who cheer for death and violence as long as they label the person a "pig". People who cheer that are a disgrace.

Cockhearn was placed on probation for four years in 2005 for armed robbery after he and another defendant were accused of pointing at gun at two men in Scottsdale and demanding that they hand over their belongings

This is from the first post. This is the kind of person the police were arresting, not "one of use," not a harmless grower, not a medical patient, but a hard core piece of shit criminal and some people are talking about karma?

i dont believe anyone is cheering for death of a so called pig here what i think your missing is the fact that the people here have turned a cold shoulder to leo in this manner because of situations just like these bad cops on the take. with that said you reap what you sow. if these cops were actually doin what they say was an undercover bust why wasnt the great state of arizona notified? it seems that only the locals found out what was going after it was too late and someone nneded a quick cover up imho

No I'm talking about our on-line community of pot growers. I'm saying that we as a community look bad when we cheer the death of a cop and we as a community associate ourselves with the criminals in the story.

If they were then they deserve to be arrested, not killed. When people turn a cold shoulder to murder it's a sad day indeed.

this is not murder for pot

it was murder for 250k worth of pot, and those big numbers and transactions bring the same risk purely on the dollar value

if it was murder for pot, like it would be for a bundle or some crack it would have been over a nominal amount of drugs (20-100$)

it was murder for big money any way you slice it. Blaming it on pot is just plain stupid and a great way to try to 1 2 punch legalization.

who is really the criminal in this story? ask yourself that one. now if you had been growin on the low and a group of no good pigs came through and tried to rip your garden during the middle of the night and you shot and killed them dont you think you would here the same sorry ass bull shit? cops were deep undercover trying to serve a warrant for an illegal grower when the suspect (insert name here) brandished his gauge and starting paintin the walls with their backs. none the less the cops were there doing the same shit they are paid to protect us against

500 pounds of marijuana. How many people on these boards grows or buys 500 pounds of marijuana? Do you think these people were just trying to get by in the bad economy? Did you miss in the story where the suspects had all been arrested before? For armed robbery and other crimes? We're not talking decent folks here.

I don't know, do you? A lot of people in this thread are ready to assume that for some odd reason, I'm not.
