Well thanks for supporting the roommate challenge. I like these ladies much better than other roommates. So I removed a 12reg UC and res chiller. I will replace with 6 plants in trash cans. If anyone want to call me a shill for Rubermaid (tm) lets here it now or STFU.

So $2K replaced with $360 and the trash cans will win.

Out with the old. In with the new tomorrow.

Those nugs look really dense on them plants too my fave pic though is gotta be that closeup shot with the stump and roots that look like an octopus or someting lol. might want to look into 55gal drums instead of trash cans; lets just say i used to use a trash can as a res

what's the setup on the trashcans? do you drain? top off? bulkheads? etc? looks gnarly man; monsters for sure

Well I've been told that someone has grown my Pk to the point where the top nugs look black not purple. This lucky guy has free out door winter temps and a rural setting. So I am going to just be happy smoking with everyone and growing them big and crystally

Man your gonna get some huge root systems in those cans . you just gotta keep pumping those plants full of rooting hormone in the water, so you can fill the whole thing up. Then just have like 5 main branches off of it under your scrog. yield like a half pound a branch or more.

whats up dude thats a great harvest shots especially the hash porn delisous im a major hash head im lovin the garbage can thats alot room for roots wish i had the room but my 5gal buckets are treating me well keep it up brotha it just shows its not all about the$$$ when setting up 5gal bucket rubbermaids unbeatable some of the best shit for a great hydro setup is cheap but u know where u gotta shell out the big bucks those airstones cost more then the whole can but im sure theyre great i cant even imagine what ur gonna pull out of those cans actually i can tons not lbs lol take care best of luck to u

Optic: This is manual top off check the ladies every day. I can pump out the nutes and pump in new if necessary, but now I just refill with my juice (recipe all over this thread)

I use a little superthrive. that stuff is crazy, just go really easy with it in dwc until you see how your plants respond. I use about 1/4 recommended amount max. Then I add small amounts of straight green light rooting hormone. just like half tea spoon for about 20 gallons. this is only during veg to help them take off. I might be able to add more, but I dont know. at this point it is like guess work alchemy for me. I have not been doing this long enough to know limits, and am to afraid to over do anything.

I guess you could dump a bunch of clonex liquid in there, or clonex gel. Ask others with more experience on that one first though.
