It was just sold to me as legend og. What is different about the crinkle cut?

Well...in California there was/is a cut just known as legend OG, which was demonstrably different than the crinkle cut. I never grew crinkle, but friends including cc did. I grew the legend OG and it was pretty awesome! I would be happy w either.
I remember the “old”, non-“crinkle” Legend OG…..one of, if not the most potent OG I ever had….it almost had a Chemmy back-end or something to that effect from my memory, that set it apart from others….apart from the high….pretty sure the one I had came from Krome/Ricky fwiw…

This what I have read from multiple people. Potent and a very sleepy high. I got room that keeper for sure.
The “legend og” cut from PCG was lackluster ime. I have no frame of reference for a prior cut of legend but it made very “hairy” product. Not that icy and loads of red pistils. Still very obviously a classic og. Just didnt fill out or ice up nearly like the first photo in this thread, which is what i was after!
Sounds like it could have had the viroid… PCG cuts are usually legit.

Just got this information from GMO on discord
Well its hard to know for sure, but i doubt it. Ive had virally infected plants in the past and they didnt have the vigor or overall health this cut had. It also somehow didnt end up passed to all our other strains either which im pretty sure it would have. Ive never gotten a virally infected cut from PCG(ive tried a lot). However dark heart was the worst ever, all their cuts were fucked.

They are different beasts.
Crinkle is an old biker cut, while the legend OG has its roots elsewhere, Southern California if I'm not mistaken. That's one I haven't been able to really get the story on.
