I bet that the plant will rise by something around 30-40cm
If more, it's bad. I will have to mount everything to the other box (m2 same, but higher) or cut a hole on the bottom for pot;p

Apple vinegar, water, a pinch of juice, dish soap and turmeric.
trap for "ziemiórka's"

Sweet and yellow lure, dish soap reduces the surface tension of water and they drown

Looking good but it does appear to be getting a little crowded in there. I'm not a big fan of defoliation, so I would try tucking leaves before I removed them.
