Just came across these all cree led grow lights that look pretty nice. Really like the fact that they are made with top bin cree led's and meanwell drivers. Plus this place lists actual wattage so you know what you are really getting. Just figured I would share the find since im probably going to order one over what else ive found. http://www.evolutiongrowled.com/shop-evolution.html#!/~/product/category=0&id=33986597
You are correct with your analysis of the Onyx.
If you are looking for a lamp with a remote driver and top quality diodes then these two come to mind;

I own several of both, the Bonsai is good for about 24"x22" and the Rhino is good for 30"x30".
hi
just one quick question: does this sounds good/legit? wanna cover a 60x80cm (2x3ft aprox) with one light... what do you think?

Hello. What you think of this setup for a 4x4 tent:
40 leds, 3w (real 100W). 4 modules per panel (3).
1 CREE XP-E White 6500 ° K
3 OSRAM OSLON SSL 80, 660 nm (hyper red)
OSLON SSL April 80, 630 nm (red)
1 OSLON SSL 80, 470 nm (blue)
1 OSLON SSL 80, 445 nm (deep blue)
*Meanwell "LPV 100-24"
Aluminum heat sink (80 x 10 x 1.8 cm) finned to dissipate heat well without a fan, thus they are totally silent.
I've also been interested in the lights from BML, and found there software to be a good recourse when choosing spectrums for my china-leds. They are not cheap, but not overly expensive either for being an american brand. Very neat design to.
A few questions:
What degrees did you choose?
The stats of the white leds in the software isn't super impressing, is the software up to date? Do you have any info about the diodes they use?
Beautiful plants, how long have they flowered and how long is left?
By impressive i mean 100 lumen plus, when it comes to white diodes.. But i will watch the results in the thread. I know that you should look at par and not stare your self blind on the lumens. But might be that the software isn't updated. The design of the bars looks ver solid. spreading out the diodes and having sharp angles in the lenses should probably do wonders for footprint and penetration!
