LED and Ventilation questions for mammoth classic 60

Could anyone recommend a fan and filter for the following setup:

Mammoth classic 60cm x 60cm x 140cm

2 x Mars hydro 300 (?)

2 plants (sweet seeds / Dutch passion super autos) Scrog

10 ltr smart pots

Biobizz light mix

I would like to go with a plug and play LED. Mars 300 tick all boxes but 1 seems underpowered and two seems over kill. Is it better to ad supplementary lighting to one Mars 300 or get two and turn the second on later in the plants development?

I ran some (5) LED brands through some side by side growing and ended up with Black Dog giving the most growth.
The Black Dog 400 is equal to two Mars 300's in output, but the spectrum is more evenly distributed. The cost for one is probably close to the cost for two of the Mars.
It can be brought to within a half meter of the plant top so should fit in the tent over short plants. Taller plants would be better off with a pair of Mar's angled in from off center for greater efficiency and fatter buds down low.

It is not overkill until the leaves curl or dry out.

The thumbnail is two Black Dog 400's next to two 400 watt CMH's for some side by side quality tests, fast growth is not the entire story.
