Lazy flames Autopilot HA LP

Brand new High Altitude Autopilot CO2 generator is giving me big yellow flames. I've got it hooked up with the supplied line/regulator to a Blue Rhino 15lb LP tank. Tank just got filled up so I know it's full. Checked for leaks, nothing. Starts up just fine, just yellow flames. I'm over 5,000 feet in elevation so I know the high altitude is the model I need, and it's definitely a HA model.

Any ideas? I just brought the tank in from 35-40 degree weather, could it be too cold? I don't have any plants in the room yet either so maybe too low of an oxygen level? It's a sealed room(not perfectly sealed though) but I put a 8" inline fan in to see if that was the problem but no fix...

I'm gonna go pop some Wifi beans and Pre-98 Bubba S1's in the mean time. Let me know what you think.

I've been messing with this thing and I think the regulator may be faulty. Seems to be letting too much gas through.
