Im using foxfarm happy frog (i prefer it over oceanforest) pretty much using foxfarms nutes. As well as Liquid Karma and Calmag. Also use mollasses.
and i gave one feeding with Gravity, was thinking of giving a little purple max.

Also my friend just gave me some of foxfarms beastiebloomz, might try a feeding or 2 with that.
Not really sure..

this larry OG definitely is a viney plant, reminds me of trainwreck but worse, i've learned if i don't grow her with one main stalk then i have to put her in a cage or dedicate a corner of the room for her. part of the reason i let her go was because her branches were getting thrown around the room and flopping everywhere. Its a good plan that you twisted her before the buds started because they get weak and fall of pretty easy. ime.

no joke, this plant is more viney than TW.... I might get rid of the Larry just because i am AWFUL at cloning her. I always have the shittiest success... Any other strain i usually am able to get decent success rates, but the Larry is like 1 clone out of 50 roots for me, its ridiculous.

man, so i have been running OG for the first time. i dont know what cut it is but hearing you talk about larry it sounds more and more like what i have. the lower branches are viney as hell and as soon as they break toward the light most flopped over and faced the ground. i ended up trimming most of them off. i will have to tie up a few others. hard as hell to clone too...lol. worst success rate i ever had. here are a couple pics if you dont mind... tell me what you think. you can check out more in my sig.

LOOKIN SWEET JEFF, if can get a hold of it try zoo's lemmon larry from elite, it clones real easy so far, those tomato cages likr GS uses work real good on these floppy branced strains also

hey Philthy, its hard to say from youre pics. The serations on the leaves in the first pic kinda reminds me of the raskal/fire cut. but the next pic not so much... The raskal has super sharp edges ime

Joesy - ya ive seen a lot of that lemon larry, Im not really sweatin it. I have 4 other OGK's other than the larry... And i more than likely imagine the Larry wont make the cut in the end...
Definitely could use a tomato cage up in there

i thought you mentioned that you intertwined the branches already, before the buds have developed....i think this is a good move. i made the mistake a few times of waiting till buds were swelling before attempting to twist and tie branches and buds began breaking off.

Brasta - ya ive just been intertwining the branches and its been working pretty well. I havent staked her up yet, shes almost too tall for any of the stakes ive seen for sale to be able to work... I might buy some niko rolls (sp?).

Im thinking ill probably end up culling the Larry just because i have such a hard time cloning her.

yea its definitely a issue, but fuckk, maybe she really is the 'original og' outta oc... Just original in the sense that its a REALLY OLD clone, and is pretty used and abused.
I recently just had a cut root of her that took like 4weeks roughly
She grows VERY similar in veg to the HA, almost identical. But the HA is a very vigorous/easy rooter... I also think the HA has a more fuel/earthy lemon og smell, while the larry has a more pine to it... IMO


I need to get a new camera, ive had this one for over 5 years now, it just doesnt do things justice

yea 4 weeks is really rough. haha usually like 3weeks has been standard for the larry for me.

I had the Thunk and it rooted in like 4-6days everytime no matter how fuckedup of a clone you took.

I hear the Tahoe is the hardest of the og's to root... I havent taken any cuts off mine yet, but the person who gave her to me said he had only 1 out of a batch of 17 root... And something like other times where one took him like 50days or something now THATS FUCKED UP
