Hi all, been lurking about a while and decided to share this year's grow as it features a girl bred by @Donald Mallard.

Growing down under (Australia) in the great outdoors, organic, in ground.

Running 20 girls this year from seed, they are about 2 and a half months old since germination, just starting to show signs of early flower.

Apart from the Laos Mango x Z99 by Donald I'm growing strains by CSI Humboldt, Santa Cruz Goat Farm, 7East Genetics and Heavy Dayze. I mainly just wanted to share Donald's offering with you all though.

Installed netting over the grow area this year to keep the caterpillar numbers down. This is the garden. The Laos Mango/Z99 is right at the back in the middle about 6 inches taller than the rest. She's got a lovely structure.

A close up of the Laos Mango/Z99 from about a week ago - currently about 6 foot tall (germinated mid November)

For variety's sake this is a Nebulis Kush by 7Eest Genetics growing next to the Laos girl

Thanks to @Donald Mallard for the genetics!

Fingers crossed for a good outcome..

the garden is looking great man ,
shouldnt be too long before u start to see flowers ??
Thanks man, yeah things going smoothly so far.
Some of the girls are showing clear signs of early flower. Your Laos Mango is still stretching I think but shouldn’t be long as you say 🙌
There’s about 8.5 foot of space under the netting, hopefully she’s not aiming for more than that 🤞 (it’s why I start a bit later in the season)

ill bet thats exactly what she is aiming for , haha ,
the mother of laos mango , the laos was a real beast of a plant when allowed to be,
this is the reason ive played round adding landrace types to our modern stuff , that to me lacked vigor compared to what i recall as a lad growing cannabis ,
my thoughts were adding these landraces would give us more vigorous, and stronger plants ....
and also give a better high, more euphoric and energetic ,
i know thats not for everyone , but we cant have everyone moping around all lethargic all the time , haha ...

gee i hope she doesnt stretch much more in flower , hahaha ..
are u seeing pistils ?? cant be far from it , i figured it for a 12 weeker based on my outdoor run of it , managed to flower fully in our winter/spring grow,
she was the largest yielder, for that time of year , good size plants ...
Nice to hear mate, she certainly looks like she's going to yield well.
Yeah, definitely showing pistils and starting to cluster a bit too, I think she'll settle-in soon, fingers crossed!

Two of my Wally girls. Sorry to crash your thread 🤐
Laos; struggled for months at 1st serrated leaves, I almost gave up on her and then some green emerged. Now she’s a star. The Laos male threw female flowers so culled him. I’m currently collecting some pollen to throw over a branch, to settle her nerves.

This is a freebie so @Donald Mallard can reveal more detail? Was labeled Haze misc. She looks good too.

hey ninox ,
was it pure laos ??
some males did that , the father also ,
i wasnt going to use him , but he already snuck a few drops of pollen around,
so figured we hope for the best , and all grows have only shown hermie males thankfully ...

the haze misc was just a whole bunch of seed that fell out of drying buds,
there was so many i decided id keep them and use them as freebies and give aways ,

they are just c5 mango crosses ,
the mothers were laos mango , nevils haze , mango haze and c5 mango ..

Yeah Wally, that was my recollection of the Haze misc.
Yeah your pure Laos. I’ve got another Laos girl floating about, she has 3-5 seeds in her some where from when they were hanging together. I’ll pull them out in a month and keep regardless. It’s rare I do a pure seedless, usually bottom third of a plant will have about 2-5 males crosses going on. I find once they loose their virginity they lose all desire to go hermy.
