Landlord selling house and doing an open house soon

I doubt seriously the landlord would make you leave. I've been in that situation on both sides and the tenant was always present. Might even be illegal to force you to leave. It's the landlord's property but as long as you have an active lease it is effectively your home, no one can make you leave.

That being said, if you keep the plants in the closet you have some big ass balls. Much bigger than mine.
