I discovered Lady Sovereign a few months ago and "grime".

I'm not sure how I feel about her work. It seems thoroughly entertaining, but then I get the feeling she's some stupid chav bitch that a pop producer just dropped in front of a microphone.

IOW, she doesn't seem to have much in the way of artistic integrity, yet I feel strangely attracted to her music; similiar in how I feel about Deadbolt (psychobilly band from Southern California).

And lately, I've been dreaming about going to her concerts and I feel compelled to jam to her stuff in the car.

It's freaking weird.

During rush hour. At stoplights, even. I live and work in a Yuppie area, too. BTW, I'm poor as hell, which, IMO doesn't qualify me as a Yuppie. I post on here, for Pete's sake!

I don't "dance" or sing along to it, though. Hell, those are the first lyrics I've seen of her...uhh..tracks (I'd never call them music or songs). You can only make out about 5 words per song unless you have a lyric sheet to read.
