lady bug

can anyone tell me if this is a good lady bug or bad for my mj. ive read there are good and bad. not sure. Thanks

Looks like a lady bug I would worry about the mites

Lady bug good. Spider mites bad. Lady bugs love to eat aphids. So, maybe check for those as well.

Ladymbugs are sweet based on the look of your plant I would suggest little ninja mites if youre going for Beneficials. Lady bugs aren't enough for that salt and pepper. Look up Phytoseiulus persimilis. Even then you look pretty infected.
