LA Pure...what a kush should look like?

great pics cbf and raskal! its nice to see some of the cali kushes are actually kushes. i know non of the ones i have are my idea of "kushy."

I have one bubba kush that is vary branchy with small leaves it tast more like
bubble gum with the up high when toped it looks like two bubba plants side by side it takes longer when toped but you get more so it is better to just add more plants then to top it was more stronger in the flood and drain then in dirt like my eyes will swell shut in ebb& flow as no eye swell with dirt.

Isn't Pure Kush a Bubba Hybrid.
The name is very mis leading because Bubba is not pure Kush. It's Multi hybrid at that.
Which means there are several strains other then Kush in Bubba.
Don't make sence to call it Pure Kush. Whatever.

I'm just not a huge fan of Pure Kush, at least not a fan of growing it.
I'm sure I'd smoke it .lol I didn't like the Pure Kush hybrids I grew either.
I'd rather smoke Buba Kush then Pure Ksuh. IMO But some people love pure Kush plus I think it yields morethen Bubba , maybe.

when i first toked the puss kush it placed a shit eatin grin on my face. It's special stuff. Yields kinda sad but the finished product is the nectar of the gods i say! We have a puss and a bubba. Both make me smile like a fat cat. The puss has a mild flavor, and is mild on the lungs. But wicked in the effect. Pure bliss is what I call it. Woot

raskel. id say they look pretty simular, kinda reminds me of the cripple crk, but the CC fans arent quite as big.

LA Pure Kush(this cut) aka Puss, i dont think is a hybrid, and dont think its a Bubba relation. i dont have a bunch of kush experience besides the Bubba, so im blowin smoke, lol.

Looks like a Kush plant to me

From seeing Purple, Bubba, and some bagseeds Ive played with, most have been Indica dominant and rather squat... with a little bit more stretch than you'd expect come flower time though... A little less than I'd like in the yield department, but I've seen others get em to yield pretty big when dialed in.

IMO.. From what I've grown myself... And gathered online.. I've noticed Kush plants tend to have a similar leaf shape.. Depending on the strain of course but... they all tend to have those Kushy leaves to some degree. I think it has something to do with the serrations or something, wish I could put my finger on it.

Anyway, I dont really have time to browse for pics... here's the kushiest leaf I could find...

from what ive noticed theres two kinds of kush leafs now days. the old school which you posted above and the less kushy leaf looking but still has the taste kind of kushes. sadly i hardly ever see a real kush leaf now days.

CVS to get those huge kush yields gotta put em outdoors! they will grow insanely huge. i promise.

My pure kush cut looks exactly like chili berksters... my PK looks identical to bubba, smells the same too but with more of the incense undertones and less of the coffee... I prefer it to Bubba, but I have'nt finished the pre-98 cut yet.

hey wick, the puss kush, is possibly the socal pure you have, but it isn't the same as suge's pure kush. which is as you describe yours to be. but the puss just insn't nearly as tasty IMO. the pure (suges original not the swerves) is as tasty as bubba bar none, just without bubba's coffee and more of the incensey and what we call the misty bubba flavor.

The pure/puss looks alot like bubba, they are similar but the pure yields much higher. Ive grown them side by side many times in many mediums/methods and this always sticks waaay out when they are next to each other.

The pure/puss and bubba have different smells and flavors too imo.... distinctly different imo.
