im not talking about feds when i say that. i'm talking about being a nuisance to the community around you. in la, the massive amount of shady clubs all over the place takes a toll on the other businesses around them. if it was regulated the way oakland and berkeley are regulated, i'm sure there would be a lot less complaints from the community and from surrounding businesses. and i don't know if the city of la taxes the clubs or what...but city of oakland and berkeley make hella money off of taxing the clubs. feds are going to be a problem no matter what...but what's fucked up is when clubs are a nuisance to the community they are in. that is when the city council decides to ban them. it's happened in other counties and cities too. it happened in kern county just a few months ago. i've been to hella clubs in la and most of them sucked compared to berkeley pcc, bpg, harborside, purple heart. and also it's really hard to weed out all of the bad clubs when there are so many...because i'm sure there are some good clubs in la, i just never found them cause there are so fucking many. anyways, that's why i said they should regulated similarly to oakland and berkeley.
i dont worship the dollor but i damn sure need it to pay my bills, really dont feel like going back in time and living without electricity or running water or milking a damn cow twice a day. call me lazy or spoiled, i dont care. growing helps feed my family and pay those bills, i aint greedy just need more money..
as to whats going on in cali im kinda on the fence, i hate what the outdoor crops do to price's but this is america, supply and demand rule. i do think it has got out of hand with the d,s. to many and i know for a fact some deal out the back door, u know damn well they aint declaring all sales and paying the taxes they should be. thats greed.

cali got greedy. if the docs would give recs to only folks that need it. you know sick people who have tried other drugs from a pharmacy. cali med scene is a joke and so is getting a rec. anyone can get one for any reason. i aint complaining tho but we aint no role model for sure. i am looking for a doctor who will give my dog a rec and maybe my birds too.

Its over the City council has called in the DEA, By December there will no longer be a med club open in all of Cali. The Goverment wants there cut time for big Pharma to try to take over. For the next year it will go back to the streets. Then 2013 there will be a bill to legalize.So many people will loose jobs so many buildings will be vacant. The California economy is going to be hit by a bomb. This was the last thing left creating jobs. Only the Goverment can be greedy and make money. Any fuck who says cali got greedy needs to look at our goverment you want to see greedy. Until we vote Ron Paul and the zombies get off there lazy ass and do something its over..

The Los Angeles City Council has lost it.
In a slap in the face to voters and patients, the City Council voted yesterday to direct the LAPD to coordinate with the DEA and the district attorney to enforce its recent ban on medical marijuana dispensaries, which is scheduled to go into effect on September 6.
The ban seems unlikely to stick: It is subject to both a legal challenge and a referendum petition. If advocates collect enough signatures, the odds strongly favor voters rejecting the ban. A 2009 MPP-commissioned poll found that 77% of L.A. County voters preferred regulation and licensing to a ban. Only 14% favored a complete ban on dispensaries. It is hard to overstate how out of touch this action is with voters. Los Angeles voters not only support medical marijuana; in 2010, 54% voted for Prop. 19, which would have allowed for marijuana to be sold for adults’ use. Meanwhile, some courts have found that cities canʼt ban dispensaries and that doing so is preempted by state law. The California Supreme Court is taking up the issue.
But even if the ban is overturned by voters or in court, the damage done by calling in the feds could be extreme and irreversible for some. Letters from federal prosecutors threatening property forfeiture have resulted in hundreds of dispensaries closing statewide. Under California law, the penalties for violating the ban (if it wasnʼt overturned in courts) would be civil fines or misdemeanors. But in federal court — where perfect compliance with state law is no defense — harsh felony penalties could be imposed.
How many patients will have to go to the streets and risk muggings and contaminated marijuana if the LAPD and feds shut down their access? How many properties will become vacant? How many compassionate retailers will lose their livelihood or perhaps even their freedom? City law required dispensaries to employ security guards. How many crimes will result from the security guards being gone, as well as from this large market moving underground and due to the diverted law enforcement time?
In March 2013, I expect that Los Angeles voters will repeal the ban. As they do so, theyʼll also have a chance to elect new council members for more than half of the seats. It’s about time politicians realize that if they wage a war on medical marijuana, their political futures may become collateral damage.

Heres my take on the whole political issues of medical marijuana.
There are over the counter meds. Under the counter meds. Either need a script from a Dr. or not to buy what you need.
We either buy our food from the store or grow our own to eat.
I stay out of politics because it all revolves around which powerfull families will have the most money to buy there way in.
God created Ganja for all. What if the government made it illegal to grow your own food and you have to buy it from a store. Would we accept that or would we riot and protest or would we go underground and grow our own food in secret. A criminal is only a criminal when the government makes a law thats not in the peoples best interest.
What made America great and made young adults ready to fight and kill for this country was that they had freedoms here to live with guns and hunt for food...and grow food and weed..... and pray to Jesus Christ. America has put a choke hold on the people of this great country..... and now what has blessed us, will now turn against us and destroy us.
Get out of the big cities! Run deep into the most forested parts of our country, and overgrow the U.S. of A. Build on land that you claim! Nobody should be allowed to own land. Its for all of us to enjoy. Grab a piece of property and fight to the death over it.
If 1 million people did this...We would be an American Nation again. 1 Million strong! FREE!
Free to grow whatever plants we wanted. Free to make our own medicines from nature. Free to raise a family and livestock and vegetables. Free to build our homes ourselves the way we want them to look.Free to have all 1 million people to come together and help build eachothers dreams. No electricity. No outsiders telling us we are omish looking bumms and we should live in their system so they can make money off of us.
Free to be a real man. Free to be a real woman. Free to be a child and run with nature like the wind. It would seem though that this country is about to self destruct very soon and all will be lost because we needed to be wealthier,more powerfull, and have the biggest weapons of mass destruction to keep all the citizens in line and the mirage of peace and prosperity to keep us all working for the government (ROME) instead of working on raising our families the way its supposed to be.
I hate SUPERMARKETS...Shopping malls....machine made clothes...T.V...oil....gasoline....streets.....electricity......the whole damn system.
In order to live just poor enough to survive today you need:
Apt/house
car/truck
electricity
phone
food
gas
job.
Thats 5 expensive things we have to work hard for just to be stable enough to have a job. Then that job doesnt even pay us enough to cover 2/3rds of what we needed just to work there. S-T-U-P-I-D! This country will self destruct in 10 years. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-?????? We shall see because we will all be there to watch it happen.

I am sure you realize that in the game of life....there are sheep and wolves.....the person has to decide who they are going to be.......but in any case ......that was a nice rant....lol.
Its all about taking risks to improved.....my 1st year of college I started my first business, and by my last year...I started the 2nd....both continue today......this allows our family the freedoms that risk takers deserve.
