Yes, it is. I was told by the guy who I sourced it from that it was indeed Killer Queen x The Purps (from Oaksterdam, from the Bay area).

The strain is awesome, except if you are running anything less than 1000 watts the yield will suck!

I got a cut of it in butte county around 07 from a local delivery lady. Reminded me of a killer purple bubba. Frosty as can be! Wish I would have held on to that one...

that FL krippy from the 90s was awesome. light green, kind of sweet citrus smell, not strong smell though, great taste and great high!

very rare to find though, a lot of people would sell you whatever kind bud and call it krypto... I scored once an ounce of what I believe was the true FL krypto... but who knows really? circa '96...

The original weed call crippies and crypt was out was before 2010 way before killer queen shit prob even c99 and def was not purple.... It's an early 90s strain from east .... A lot of ppl use the name crypt but I noticed there's is spelled with a k .... They are def 2 different strains ...
Bombardi ya damn well could of had crippes in 96 it kinda fell off the map around that time when the haze craze started to take over the east ...

I think I just picked some of this weed up again. Its been a few years but it seems similar to the kryptonite I had 3-5 yeras ago. My friend said the pack was labeled as "Naples"..... Naples is in FL, and the Kryptonite is from FL..... Maybe I'm reaching hehe.

i have seen this plat back in 2006!!! i know it has been in the state! I was really impressed really frosty and super tasty.....and from what i hear yields indoors and a late friend was the one to introduce it to me if anyone could help out finding it i was going to dedicate a breeding project to him and was hoping to use this strain....any help appreciated

Although I was a Very good friend of Subby's at one time, I would be surprised to hear that he named one of his Kryptonite. I grew his Moonbeam and Jack's Cleaner from his seed for years.
Everyone who has sold or promoted anything cannabis related called Kryptonite since the early 90's has capitalized off of my creations and name. It's just that simple.
